Not loosing weight
I have been doing regular exercise for almost 90 mins 5 days a week in gym but in last three months i have lost only around 2 kgs. I don't eat out and completely follow home made food. Not sure what is wrong that i don't see much difference. I am mostly into heavy weight lifting so i try to intake sufficient protein diet
