Hello, I used Nexpro RD 40 once daily in morning without doctor advise for 1.5 months as a precaution for acidity problem,want to stop it, I have no symptoms now, please suggest Can I stop it immediately

Sir, I had an endoscopy done. Upper GI Endoscopy Report: Impression: GERD I am taking Rabeprazole with Domperidone. Sir, why does my hand pain happen while using this medicine?

Suffering from piles swelling is severe .taking sitz bath 2 times daily. Now muscles are softer than previous one but swelling hasn't reduced yet. Extreme pain while bowel movements. There isn't enough space as a finger. Please suggest an effective treatment

I am facing a constipation issue due to masturbation. Whenever I masturbate , I feel muscle around my anus gets short and extremely tight and I find difficult to push. and because of this I have not done masturbation for last 3 months but then i get a night fall in sleep and the muscle again gets short. Now it has reached to its worst point and I find very difficult to poop. I am afraid to sleep if I get nightfall and it would get more tight and short and also afraid to eat anything. I have eaten only 2 meals since 3 days. How should I treat this?

My sgpt is 173, shot is 87. Liver sonography (ultrasound) is clear, no damage to liver and no fat. I have a very cold and runny nose for the last few days. Can the cold cause the sgpt to increase so much? My cholestrol is high as well (ldl is 179, hdl is 38) Absolutely no other symptoms

I got a skin tag at the age of 16years at that time I didn't have any cuts or any issues. I didn't have any issues with the tag or any pain. Now due to hard stool passing (I was on antibiotics for a wound healing on my leg due to an accident) Now, There is a small cut near the tag. I don't get any pain while passing the stools but when the stool touches the cut it irritates, also while sitting there is a  discomfort. What to do?

I have IBS since 7 years and since 2 years i am suffering from reflux disease ENT doctor said u may have reflux esophagitis last week. Currently I am taking Pand D and Gaviscon syrup.. No any relief Please advice.

Is 1-2 tablets of bandy plus enough to eliminate a pork tapeworm? And if successfully treated, does the dead tapeworm get expelled out as a whole, or via fragments? And will it be visible among stool?
