I am 41 year old female. I feel a lump at by back passage (anus) which is painful when touched and bit stretched when sitting on ground squatting. What this could be?

I have IBS since 7 years and since 2 years i am suffering from reflux disease ENT doctor said u may have reflux esophagitis last week. Currently I am having symptoms of difficulty in swallowing, clearing throat, changes in voice, burning sensation in chest. Did Gastroscopy 2 times, 5 years early and 1 year early reports normal. Currently I am taking Pand D and Gaviscon syrup.. No any relief Please advice.

Is 1-2 tablets of bandy plus enough to eliminate a pork tapeworm? And if successfully treated, does the dead tapeworm get expelled out as a whole, or via fragments? And will it be visible among stool?

Facing anal fissure from last 10 days.consulted Gastro specialist and taking sitz bath 4-5 time ,applying piloroute ointment and using pain killer 2 times a day.But no relief till now.what is to be done.How log it will take to heal?

I have been experiencing stomach pain since 8th December 2025, and it has been occurring almost daily. Some days the pain is mild, while on alternate days it becomes more intense. I had a normal delivery on 15th November 2025. A stool routine test was done on 17th December, and the results were normal. As advised, I took: Sompraz D for 2 weeks Drotin-M for 1 week Currently, I am also taking Digene syrup. I was facing constipation, which has improved since last week but has not completely resolved. Despite the medications, the stomach pain is still persisting. Kindly help me understand what could be the possible cause and suggest further treatment or investigations if required.

I was having many gastric problems and was diagnosed with hpylori 4 months back. I completed a full 15 day course of antibiotics as given by my doctor. Most of my symptoms have improved. He didn't give me any probiotics after it . But even after 4 months I am feeling very less hungry and my stomach feels full most of the time. Somedays I also get diarrhea. Should I take any probiotics which could improve my condition
