I am a 28-year-old woman, 160 cm, currently ~68–69 kg. I have PCOD/PCOS and hypothyroidism. I was around 79 kg 2 years ago and gradually lost weight mainly through walking, without deliberately restricting my food. However, for the past 1.5 months my weight has plateaued despite being much more disciplined. I eat ~1,500 kcal/day with 80–90 g protein, have stopped refined sugar (except a zero-calorie sweetener in tea), limit refined flour and fried foods, and do strength training 3 days/week plus ~10,000 steps daily. My ovarian and thyroid ultrasounds are currently normal, with no visible ovarian cysts or thyroid abnormalities, and prolactin is normal. I take Eltroxin 50 mcg daily (previously 100 mcg, reduced by my doctor), vitamin D3 60,000 IU weekly and magnesium glycinate 440 mg daily. My periods have also been irregular: Aug 1–4 and again Aug 17–22; I have not had my period yet this month.

Hi, I have been having acidity and burning feeling in my food pipe since more than 2 weeks. I tried pudin hara, eno, pan 40 and i get short term relief but not much improvement. My diet and lifestyle is not great, not much physical activity and food pattern is not good. Could that be the reason? I am very worried I don't have much resources to visit doctors

This thing has happened 3-4 times in 4-5 months. If the stool becomes a little hard then slight bleeding starts with the stool and the burning sensation also becomes very intense, what is the reason please tell me

Hello doctor, I had ear and throat infection 3 weeks ago .. I used accuclav antibiotics for that after 5 days of tablets I have experienced mucus while farting and then onwards I am experiencing mucus in stool some days not continuously... From 3 weeks 2 times I got mucus while passing gas...and experienced vibration like movements and feeling to pass motion but instead of motion got some mucus.. consulted General physician he suggested below tablets for 5 days.. 1. Phylagut- 1-0-1 2.colimex - 1/2 -0-1/2 3.ornamec- 1-0-1 And I am experiencing mild pain on left abdomen sometime on side middle and sometimes near left ribs.. please help .. what can be the problem

Can we take antibiotics for bacterial infection like clarithromycin , metronidazole while on biologics therapy like adalumimab 40 ( exemptia 40 mg) once in 10 days ..does antibiotics reduce the effectiveness of the biologic

From 2months i am having rectal pain And after bowel movement, i see stool stains of tissue .. That too after maintaining good hygiene.. Feels like there is hard mass in vaginal area while urgency to pass stool...after passing it ,that hard feelings disappears from vagina.. Have pain in rectal area too...

Hi, started hp kit today only and even after one dose diahrea stared , which medicine to take ,any specific probiotic to add.

I am unable to pass the stool as soon as I wake up since a month. I take tea and biscuits, then I am able to pass it, but with mild straining. Still I am not fully relieved. My water intake is 5-6 glasses, and my daily meal contains: tea and 2 biscuits in the morning, then a simple breakfast, 2 chappatis with vegetables in lunch and a bowl of dal at night. I think my diet is also less. I have been taking 500mg of calcium for 2 months. What to do, I am in tension!!
