Dear doctor I am a patient of sub clinical hypothyroidism where TSH level is high and T3,T4  is normal. I HAVE UNEXPECTED WEIGHT GAIN OF NEARLY 8 KG doctor is prescribing me thyronorm 100 mg. Is anything more I have to do to reduce the weight gain.

I feel a gut issue I don't feel pain or cramps but there is a sensation throughout my whole gut I was diagnosed with active and chronic ulcers FAVOURED and also h.pylori in my stomach the sensation starts from my tonsil I also have tonsillitis problem till my just above anus or reproductive organ there were some piercing sensation some times. I feel low temperatures like I feel 2-3 degrees less then my family members they say it's hot and i cover it myself with a blanket I have pimples appearing too, mood is not good too.

Recent days my gut is sensitive for some foods like milk cakes icecreams after having that i am suffering with diarrhea which looks like indigestion. Can i take daily probiotic

I was having mild discomfort in stomach from a week so took ct but had some issues so again went for endoscopy but during endoscopy power went off and scope was there in mouth for 10 mns then again second time done when power came due to rich or something doctor told mild bleeding so gave medications and stopped it and after sometime third time endoscopy done to check bleeding stopped so doctor told it stopped so my question is ,is it ok to do endoscopy simultaneously 3 times in 3 hours durations .just a feel nervous and on medications as of now for ibs .have attached the reports .h pylori negetive .is it anything to be worried about as doctor told bleeding stopped but yet some nervousness and when will the bloating stop as it's been 2 days yet.

I'm a 33 year-old Male. I have been experiencing acidity, gas, and a burning sensation after eating for the past 1.5 years. I have completely stopped drinking tea, but the problem still persists. The burning sensation usually starts after lunch (between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM), especially if I eat salad or finish my meal quickly. My symptoms are usually worse between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM. I usually have one bowel movement every morning, and it happens easily without straining. However, the stool consistency is not always normal and varies from day to day. Sometimes I also experience a burning sensation even without eating spicy food. Please advise what could be causing these symptoms and what tests or treatment I may need.

I have problem with my hip and MRI shows AVN stage 4 . When I went to Dr he found helataitis in my blood and he pospond my surgery and advise me to take treatment first of your hapatitis blood problem What should I do now

I have multiple gb polyps with largest being 5 -6 mm stable since 8 years. Largest was 4 mm 8 year ago. No symptoms. Does it has any maglinancy risk?? And when can i stop folloups? I am 38 male.

Hello Doctor I have been experiencing digestive symptoms for about 1 month. - I developed constipation about a month ago. I usually pass stool daily, sometimes 2–3 times a day, but I often feel I need to wait several minutes before passing stool like 10 min. - The day before yesterday, when I was feeling significant constipation, I had to put pressure while passing stool and noticed a small amount of  blood. Since then, there has been no further bleeding. - I have frequent burping and a feeling of heaviness in the epigastric region throughout the day. - I experience random brief teasing/twinge-like pains on the right side of my abdomen that come and go. - I feel nausea too sometimes. - I also experience low energy, fatigue, and a heavy-headed feeling, which tends to become more noticeable when I have significant gas or abdominal discomfort. What do I do further?

I have IBS since 1 year anxiety also should I be worried Is it Crohn's disease or celiac wt r it's symptoms if it's crohns or celiac my vit d was 12 then dr gave shelcal and uprise 60 now it's 26 dr again gave uprise and shelcal I continued only shelcal should I once again continue uprise 60k

I feel pain while pooping and some drops of blood. Enough to turn water to light red and some blood i saw on tissue paper. I am suffering from problem on and off from last 2 yrs. I am 4 months postpartum. What should I do
