Sir. Since 3 three days i am having mild to sometimes bearable stomach pain. But my routine gets disturbed when I have pain in Stomach. I have pain from 1 week while sitting and sharp pain during bowel movement I suspect it is anal fissure pain but I have this pimple on my anus from some days . Can anyone tell is it a dangerous situation? I am very scared please guide
