I have a history of calcification in the liver noted on imaging. Previous CT scan (2022) showed small calcified foci in the liver, and my recent ultrasound mentioned small linear calcifications. I would like your opinion regarding the significance, cause, and whether any follow-up is required. Please advise . Report attached .

My doctor has put me on librax since he thinks my ulcers are also stress and health anxiety related. He has given me librax ( 1 tab before dinner daily) for 8 weeks along side Veloz D and sucralfate. I am concerned if this dose and duration can make me dependent or if it is normally prescribed for cases like mine and is easy to stop later? Please help

I have been suffering from stomach heat since 3 weeks. I have taken samprozole dsr and acinil o for 3 days as prescribed by the doctor. No gas, bloating or constipation. Symptoms relieved for that period. Again after 2 days the stomach heat returned. No spicy food at all. No tea consumption. Still no improvement. Please suggest further treatment. What is the cause for the same.

Hello Doctor, I have been experiencing mild discomfort above my belly button along with acid reflux and frequent burping. Initially, I was advised to take Rifagut 550 and Econorm, and was asked to do stool and blood tests, including amylase, along with an abdominal ultrasound. All the reports have come back normal. Since yesterday, I have been advised to take Sompraz 40 and Bifilac. However, I haven’t noticed much relief yet. I am currently breastfeeding, so I’m a little concerned about the safety of these medications. Could you please confirm whether Sompraz 40 and Bifilac are safe to take while breastfeeding, and whether I should continue with the same medications or if any changes are needed? I’m a bit worried about the ongoing discomfort. Please advise.

Hey guys! So I felt a kind of nervousness around my chest middle portion, around 11 pm in the night and then by morning I was still feeling nervousness. The nervousness was there and I was feeling slight heaviness in my chest, even in stomack and also kinda in my left hand (that made me rethink more about it). Now it's August and till now I have experienced this 3 times, I feel sudden nervousness that then leads to feel heaviness and overthinking. Today I was havin gol gappas in the night and I felt a lil smthn in my left side of chest so little bit so u started walking and felt okay. Before this even I felt slight chest pain in right as well. I overthink a lot and last time I was struggling kinda to breathe even. What it could be? Also whoever I eat anything junk I go straight to the washroom, even now I am Goin to the washroom like more time than I usually do. What's it? Please tell me?. And I am 21 years old and I feel what it could be.

I have been having intermittent gastric/reflux-related symptoms since 2022, which used to come and go and settle on their own. I have been taking Pantop-D regularly since 2022. I had an Upper GI endoscopy in 2023. I was diagnosed with Portal Vein Thrombosis (PVT) with cavernomatous transformation in June 2025, for which CECT abdomen and Doppler follow-ups were done. In May 2026, I had 3 USG examinations, all of which were normal except for the known PVT with cavernoma. My LFT and KFT were also normal in May 2026. On 1 July 2026, my symptoms started again after I had been eating food outside home. This time the symptoms have been more persistent, including acidity/reflux, burping, bloating, throat irritation/globus sensation and occasional discomfort while swallowing. I am very disturbed and worried. Does this look more like another gastritis/acid-reflux flare-up, or could something serious be going on? Do I need anything to be evaluated urgently? Its been more than a week am having loose motions first two days I thought because i eat spicy food due to that may be this happen next day I started taking pan dsr medicine but no relief still acidity gas burp and stomach pain after doing loose motion feels little better there is no blood in stool only dark green color sees sometime now what should I do?

I saw blood around anal area after stool. I saw the same thing the next day and i also saw a drop of blood dripping into the toilet after stool got over Also there was a mucus like blood clot small in size both the times I went to the doctor and he inserted a device to check and diagnosed it to be an anal fissure But i read that fissures are painful I don't experience any pain Yes i had constipation the day i saw blood but the next day stool was normal but still i saw blood 1-2 drops dripping into pot and anal area stained woth blood Do you think its anal fissure only simce it's not painful at all?
