Hi All, I am 31 years old IT professional, I have done Sonography/USG for pelvis and abdomen and in that tests it's mentioned that I have Grade 2 Fatty Liver. I wanna know the reason behind it... as I was working in core nights shifts (10pm to 7 am IST) for 2 years in 2022 / 2023 , i used to drink alot of Cold drinks to get rid of acidity caused by night shifts and indigestion. I am not doing any exercises in gym recently. But I do walking for 20 30 mins daily and do some pushups and planks but still I am facing fatty liver problem in such young age? I would like to know the ayurvedic or home treatment and genuine suggestions on how to reverse fatty liver grade 2 by using home remedies or diet. Next year my wedding is planned and I'm worried if it's a serious concern or it's manageable? Any Good doctor can please advise me I'm worried 😟

My friend suffering from stomach pain for some years now, earlier (3 yeara ago) he had some scratches detected in his stomach ..its healed now......but still he has this pain in his stomach...  he does not have h pilori, he did endoscopy nothing was detected, there is no scaratch or anything in his stomach... Yet he feels pain whenever he is not eating his meds.. He eats Libotryp Ds, if he skips the meds he feels poking like pain in lower stomach just above navel He still cant figure out what the issue is or why he is suffering like that.. Please sir mam if you can say whats probably going on with him

For the last one  month , I have been taking deflacort 3 mg per day for inflammatory pain , i am feeling sharp and tightness pain at most bottom of mid chest, pain radiates to right side , feeling constipated, taking sompraz 40, pain feels more  when empty stomach

My son 17 years old has gastritis and he frequently suffer with burbs, stomach floating and some times he feels pain or burning in near right side chest He is autistic and no speech.

I am feeling vomiting sensation and abdominal discomfort since 1week.Doctor has suggested USG and some blood tests.This report looks like normal except lipid profile.But why I am feeling nausea.please help . I am attaching reports for your reference.

17 months ago I had an induced vaginal delivery with vacuum assistance complicated by a severe perineal tear. A rectovaginal fistula developed but has been successfully repaired with no recurrence. MRI, CT with contrast, and transperineal scan all confirm there is no fistula.  The remaining problem is a superficial perineal wound that has never epithelialized. The skin is still raw and looks almost the same as day 1.  Secondary healing failed. A plastic surgeon refreshed the wound edges and resutured, but the stitches opened on day 14. A urogynecologist treated me with Placentrex for over a month and resutured again, but the stitches gave way in 5 days. I also underwent sinus tract excision, but still no skin has formed.   There is no pain, pus, foul smell, stool or gas leakage. Occasionally the wound bleeds while passing stool. Has anyone managed similar cases? What is the definitive treatment to achieve permanent healing? please help me im exhausted mentally physically with a baby

I have pain and tightness at the bottom of the middle of my chest (epigastric area), sometimes spreading to the right side of my chest. The pain is worse when my stomach is empty and is associated with mild stomach pain and bloating. It often improves after passing stool. I have been taking Sompraz 40 mg, but my symptoms are still continuing

Feel pain in chest, panic situation, sometimes my left hand feels heavy , chest feels heavy, shortness of breath need to take long breath, relieves on going in fresh air and walking burping releaves pain and feel light

She yesterday fell down and neck of femur in right leg is fractured. Doctar advised to surgery. Is there any alternative to this problem? Can by medicine it will be cured?

My free t4 is coming 0.90 or 0.85 always and tsh always 1 or 1.2 or 1.4 or 0.88 but my bmr is only 900 kcal I gain 1 kg bw in 2 days not any other symptoms like cold intolerance but very much easy weight gain can u help in diagnosing
