I am having stomach pain in morning almost twice a week which is better by passing gas..constipation ..passing rstools alternate day.otjerwise eating well and no problem during day time suggest some medicine or diet

I am suffering from GERD since past 10-15 days. I have tried to fix my routine and included 20-30 mins walking after every meal. I am also taking light food most of the times and avoiding tea coffee etc. I also realised that my bowel movements are not regular and I am mildly constipated. I also have gas issues and bloating. I already took Pantakind for 4 days and Pan D for 3 days. In past 15 days I also had Gas O fast 2 times only. I took unienzyme 3 days ago and the next day my bowel movement was fine but again the next day i didn't have any urge to do it. Currently I have taken Dulcoflex. Most of the times after eating my chest feels heavy and tight which relieves after few hrs only when I walk and take warm water. I am not seeing any proper improvement.

Hi all.Iam writing this in view of an issue I faced a month ago for which I got admitted in hospital for 1 day.The issue was fecal impaction for which I was admitted.Now after getting admitted when ghe procedure was performed and all done.I felt much better and since been relieved of the problem.though sometimes there is gap of 1-2 days but I have been taking duphalac syrup and pruvit tablet daily and ayurveda laxative jayam Churan if issue is more than 2 days.now my query is how long do I continue with duphalac and pruvit since our doctor did not give any time frame till when it is to be taken when we went for follow up.He just said keep taking.Please advise

Been struggling from class 1 to obesity from childhood , got in decent shape during covid but gained a lot of fat during night shift job now even after doing workout and decent diet my weight fluctuates a lot I lose 2kg gain it back after 1 week, I have used a lot of fat burners none of them work did calories balancing but my brain runs towards junk now I think only getting on glp 1 or mounjaro can be a solid fix for me

After completing the tuberculosis treatment in this year February fully my weight has been increased alot. Before when I was affected by TB it was 53kg and then it became 55kg then slowly during treatment course it became 58 and now it has raised upto 62kg by this year now after march. I dont even eat outside meals,or non veg,I do yoga and even sleep on time.i dont even overeat homemade food too. And im not married. So what could be causing this sudden rise in weight? Im so worried and want to reduce 4kgs atleast soon. Becoming slim and fit.

From.last 3 days wil not be able to pass the stool due to piles m feeling like my motion hole is blocked no stool dr suggest me to take pitorute table empty stomach in morning 2 litres watee already done so urge to go for stool while going in toilet stool is not cuming piles gives pain rest no othee symptoms.no.bleed but only hard stool

Due to severe heat and spice foods in our area constipation came and unable to go toilet in correct time need to drink tea or some hot water ... What to do even if the toilet came its too hard and tear the anus.. what to to how to completely cure it ..

I have been experiencing sinus-related issues for the past few months . Since the last few days, I have developed the following new symptoms: General weakness and low energy Severe acidity along with bloating and gas Increased bowel movements (twice since morning) Burning sensation (noticed yesterday while standing) Chest heaviness and discomfort Overall uneasiness These digestive and chest-related symptoms are recent, while sinus issues have been ongoing for months. Please advise on possible causes, whether these symptoms could be related, and what treatment or tests may be needed.

I was given complete dosage of hepatitis B vaccine 20 years ago ?? I am 24 years old .Do I need to take Hepatitis B Vaccine again or Hepatitis B vaccine gives lifelong protection.

I took Hepatitis B vaccine 21years ago, do I still have its antibodies . Please tell ?? I am now 24 years old , I took the vaccine when I was only 2-3 years old .
