Hello Doctor I have been experiencing digestive symptoms for about 1 month. - I developed constipation about a month ago. I usually pass stool daily, sometimes 2–3 times a day, but I often feel I need to wait several minutes before passing stool like 10 min. - The day before yesterday, when I was feeling significant constipation, I had to put pressure while passing stool and noticed a small amount of  blood. Since then, there has been no further bleeding. - I have frequent burping and a feeling of heaviness in the epigastric region throughout the day. - I experience random brief teasing/twinge-like pains on the right side of my abdomen that come and go. - I feel nausea too sometimes. - I also experience low energy, fatigue, and a heavy-headed feeling, which tends to become more noticeable when I have significant gas or abdominal discomfort. What do I do further?

I have IBS since 1 year anxiety also should I be worried Is it Crohn's disease or celiac wt r it's symptoms if it's crohns or celiac my vit d was 12 then dr gave shelcal and uprise 60 now it's 26 dr again gave uprise and shelcal I continued only shelcal should I once again continue uprise 60k

I feel pain while pooping and some drops of blood. Enough to turn water to light red and some blood i saw on tissue paper. I am suffering from problem on and off from last 2 yrs. I am 4 months postpartum. What should I do

My lft report shows Indirect bilirubin-1.06 Sgot -78 Sgpt -41 Albumin-4.40 Ggt-19 Alkaline phosphatase-56 Sgot raised from 29 to 78  last test was done on January 2026 Usg report shows -grade 1 fatty liver size123mm What should I do I feel dull pain in my under ribs  right abdomen . Feel stress and headache, Also shows kindly suggest.

What is resistance second line means please clear it properly as i have already completed 14 days course and already tested h pylery stool antigen test which is negetive and have passed one and half years but still occasionally problem arises at present my almost all blood test reports are normal so advise me what to do in this circumstances

Sir I am diabetic with hypertension . For the past few weeks, I am suffering from anal bleeding. After consulting with my family doctor,he prescribed few painkillers and antibiotics. Initially the pain and bleeding went down. But it came to the same stage as before. Next I consulted a piles specialist and he has prescribed 'pile heal', lidocaine cream, etc. Though the burning sensation and pain have subsided, the bleeding still continues. Since a month I'm feeling gastric issues. Pain in right side of abdomen randomly like teases. Comes and goes I thought it's liver pain or gallbladder i got ultrasound and fibroscan, it's all clear. Radiologist did say there is much gases in your body. I feel constipation too. I do go for bowels daily and get them but it feels like incomplete evacuation so I go 3-4 times a day. Some history - Since 3-4 months I've lost 10 kgs through gym. I had fees tests. D3 was 67, b12 202 and iron 38,ferritin 22. So, i started with Ferrous ascorbate, b12 and Omega 3 supplement. Why I'm feeling this? What should I do next

From the past 2 weeks whatever I eat. Fruits especially cause gas in my belly I have issue with stool as well. I go to washroom 3-4 times a day .

Recently my father diagnosed with kidney stone and liver abscess We did liver abscess treatment recently now the treatment is over also pus drainage done tablets course also completed We heard that by patharchatta plant (Kalanchoe pinnata) is good for kidney stone So my question is can we eat that plant leaves after liver abscess treatment Please advise i am in trouble the stone size is 13mm
