Short, organized English version: I feel bloated after dinner at home. In the morning around 8 AM, I pass stool but don’t feel fully clear. I don’t get another urge immediately, but after eating at the office, I feel the urge again around afternoon (about 4 PM). Sometimes gas passes or a small amount of stool comes out, but the feeling of incomplete evacuation remains. I can manage until I return home by 8 PM, and then I don’t pass stool again. When I eat heavy food at functions or events, the problem becomes worse. Early morning (around 5 AM) I feel an urge but only a small amount comes out and I still don’t feel clear. Again at 8 AM before office I pass stool, but the incomplete feeling continues. At the office, I constantly feel the urge to pass stool, with gas passing frequently. The stool also appears darker brown than usual.

Kindly provide the solution to reduce the values. Weight loss done 4 kg inspite that ggt is increased from 78 to 98. Sgpt and sgot decreased. Report attached

Hi sir I had my vitamin d3 10 I took 1 month tablets now it's 31 ml but i have acidity. Problem still I have symptoms chest pins neck pains and leg tingling body weakness body pains ... when I ll recover sir Docter again given weekly one vitamin d3 tablets

I have been having upper stomach pain for the past one week. On the first day, I had one episode of vomiting, but after that I haven’t vomited again. From the next day, I started taking Pan D on an empty stomach in the morning for 6 days, along with Pudin Hara after food. I have now stopped the medicines, but the pain is still there. The pain is manageable, but it has not completely gone away

Please suggest on attached ct scans reports , is it life threatening? I hope it's not cancerous.. please help me out

Iam 26 years old recently from 1 and half month experiencing continuous belching and shortness of breath, so went to general surgeon he did endoscopy and told oesphagitis, not sure if he did endoscopy correctly or not. He prescribed medications and that doesn't help went to another doctor he examined previously done endoscopy and told endoscopy is normal. And prescribed medicine for acid reflux. Now iam feeling better but sometimes iam getting belching but better than previous, I couldn't able to eat as normal person does. Kindly suggest diet for acid reflux and in how many days the acid reflux will reduce. Kindly suggest ways to reduce the acid reflux naturally Sometimes iam feeling just normal shortness of breath without belching is that also a symptom of acid reflux or do I need to go for lung test

Sir,I have been experiencing irregular bowel movements.I don't have to go to toilet daily .I go to toilet every after two or three days.I pass only a small amount of stool  whenever I go to toilet and don’t feel fully relieved.stool isn't hard.Along with that, I feel like something is stuck in my throat, although I don’t have difficulty swallowing food.I don't feel burning sensation in my throat.I have been experiencing this for last more than Six Months.Sometimes I don't feel hungry.I don't have any other issues.I drink warm water every morning and I exercise 4 to 5 days a week.Please suggest  what should I do to get relief from the above issues...

My uncle is currently diagnosed with liver Cirrhosis. His bilirubin level is 20. He was drinking alcohol so this is happening. so what option we have now.

I am a mother with IBD. During pregnancy I was only on Mesalamine and my symptoms subsided. But now after 2 months of delivery symptoms of IBD has relapsed. I will have to take immunosuppresant like Azathioprine n steroid budesonide. Can I continue breastfeeding while on these medications.ls it safe for my baby.
