Doctor, I have chest pain for more than 3 years. The pain is mostly on the left side but sometimes moves around the ribs. It is not constant but comes and goes. ECG and Echo were normal. Endoscopy showed reflux. Pain sometimes increases when I lie down or after food, and sometimes it feels muscular or nerve-related. I feel pulling sensation occasionally. Medicines give partial relief but pain returns. I want to know if this is costochondritis, nerve pain, or gastric-related, and what tests/treatment you suggest."

I went to some naturopathy clinic that promotes cellular metabolic diet. After tests, they gave me a 16:8 autophagy diet plan along with lots of supplements- essential oils,vitamin and mineral supplements. They advised me to start and end my day with 10 ml coconut oil. Starting 2 days, i dont find anything abnormal but later i started experiencing unexplained body itching ( like the one i got with gallbladder problem) and pain in right side of my stomach. This is 15 th day, symptoms got worsened. I experience severe heart burn and nausea. Is this method correct?? Is it because of 20ml coconut oil i am consuming daily? I experienced diarrhea due to this already( doctor confirmed). Please suggest

I have diagnosed with severe erosive pangastritis and bulgar dueodinitis ,pin point ulcers is this I am stopped all medicines now but a mild pain is persistent now. And is I continue the medicines or I can cure this problem through my diet?

I have been struggling to lose weight despite doing everything. can you prescribe any treatment or routine to be followed.

I am non diabetic female. Had 29.1 BMI with 82 kgs weight and height 168 cm. I already lost 8 kgs last month and now 1.2 kgs more. Can i increase mounjaro doses every month? There will be any issue if i keep increasing? I started with 5 mg in 1st month and now taking 7.5 mg in 2nd month. What all tests also can i do for regular checkup during these injections?

I undergone Right indirect  injunial hernia on 2nd july, 2024. But still now i experienced lite pain on my testies is it normal or any problem on it.

Hi sir, From Jan 19, at first i got pain in my left chest side and next day I felt pain in my left chest along with back upper middle and also left hand, left leg veins pain and little weakness and dizziness. It comes and goes not very sharp. Also i get pain in my left chest side whenever/after I eat food or water and my feet Starts getting little sweat but not too much and didn't sweat my body but randomly heart palpitations comes and goes. Also This continued for nearly 20 days and I can't sleep left side facing as pain comes from left side chest near the heart so I change my sleeping position to right or face forwarding sleep and later any sleeping position hurts chest. from 15 days, no chest pain but I started Getting burps, bloating so much daily along with indigestion problem started and also veins in my body at random place little Pain and little difficult to swallow food & 2 days back a little drop blood stick with stool came (1 time) and today little left chest pain started.

Gallbladder is partially distended and shows e / o few calculi within largest app measuring approximate 18 mm in size. Is it good to go for ESWL? OR Can it's curable from given medicines such as Udiliv-150 and what kind of food intake should consider?

There is a small growth on outer anal region it doesn't hurt .it's just there since quite some time . It's soft skin tissue like texture . No bleeding .

"I have a long-term history (6-7 years) of a prolapsed internal lump (piles) that I manually push back inside after bowel movements and used to cause no pain before. Two weeks ago, I accidentally scratched the lump area while washing, which caused a sharp 8/10 pain. Since then, pooping has been very painful. This morning, I passed a very hard stool. I saw bright red blood on the stool and a drop of blood fell after I finished.
