Hello Doctor, On June 18, my kid had stomach pain because of acid reflux. He was given lasoprazole and pain medications and got better after a few hours. We got his blood tests done (sample was given yesterday, on June 19). A few parameters are in red colour. Can you please confirm if the values are normal for a 9 year old boy or not? PS: On June 9 & 10, he was having viral fever and the only medicine used was paracetamol.

I have been experiencing mild stomach pain and frequent gas for about a month. It started after a period when my eating habits were irregular, I was traveling, and I was exposed to excessive heat. At that time, I had vomiting and stomach pain. Since then, I occasionally experience mild stomach pain just above my navel (upper middle abdomen), along with frequent gas. Gas usually passes on its own and sometimes provides relief. The pain is mild and comes and goes rather than being constant. I consulted a doctor, who diagnosed me with epigastric pain and prescribed the following medications for 5 days: - PHR DSR Capsule - Flatuta Tablet - Lactule Capsule I have taken only one dose so far and have noticed some relief. The stomach pain has improved, gas is passing more easily, and today I did not experience any stomach pain. Could you please advise whether completing the full 5-day course is appropriate, or if any further evaluation is needed?

Pain in lower right abdomen.No vomiting or fever.Diaheria since 3 days...basicaly pain increase after eating food

Hi, Approximately two days ago, I began experiencing severe acid reflux accompanied by persistent hiccups. Despite drinking plenty of water, I found little to no relief. Since then, I have developed a continuous pain in the upper right side of my chest that occurs whenever I eat or drink, even with a single sip of water. The pain is sharp and intense, arising immediately upon swallowing, and it often radiates toward my back. Interestingly, the discomfort seems to improve when I am lying down or asleep. Given these symptoms, I would like to understand what could be causing this condition.

I was suffering from H Pylori and after Consulting GI Specialist I was prescribed HP Kit but sometimes I feel a burning sensation. Please advise what to do ?

Dear Docs, I am getting loose stools and chilling cold feeling sleep also disturbed in night with goosebumps. I was taking vertin 16 tab from 3 days also for cervical spondylitis for dizziness and pain on neck and back. Weakness when standing 2-3 second dizziness heart beat fast.Although no pain n dizzy today but feeling like vomiting now little discomfort stomach. Earlier also this thing happens one weak before then after taking satrogyl o and ors next day situation became better. Done full body check all tests good except vit D 35 and vit B12 540(took injection 2 times) No thyroid No diab mind running always because of cervical issues..mind most of the times running thinking is this because of some infection or vertin or anything else whynit is not being treated anf coming again n again i am confused situation is becoming like this taking meds then issue not taking meds then issue..right now..

Since yesterday night I am having pain middle of the left abdomen, if I'm pressing I'm getting pain, now also I have pain  without pressing that area , what to do now. The pain is not that much severe but I can feel the pain, I can notice the burping and blow movement also

For 1–2 weeks I felt fine, but recently the pain has started again. It is mild, comes and goes, and I also pass gas frequently. The discomfort usually improves after passing gas. Other than this, I do not have any major symptoms.
