Pain and inflammation while passing gas and stool. There is irritation and itching sometimes in that area

I am having normal stools, if I feel sensation for motion then only mucus will come after that I feel tired. After having breakfast I will be normal entire day. It's the same next morning what might be the issue? I tried with antibiotics also it was leading to loose stools.

Can I take Nexpro 40 before lunch if I missed before breakfast? I am having ache in upper abdomen, along with nausea.

9 days ago i was trying to do one hand push up felt sharp pain in the abdomen got layed over immediately from then on there is heaviness and bloated feeling in the whole abdomen area with appetite decreased and had lost 4 kg from then the whole body and brain feels weak and fatigue after the incident bowels have gone loose and frequent brain feels foggy and confused since the pain begun in abdomen

Very little blood in stool, stool is pale yellow, burb and due to acid pain in chest, no pain in stomach, acid in night also

Sir, Constant upper middle stomach bloating it's felt like a hard substance when I touch it only in the upper middle part below rib cage . And also early satiety along with excessive burping and bloating continues  and irregular bowel movements like constipation .could you please any one tell me the reason behind these symptoms ?

Hi sir/ mam I'm 37 yr old female I'm getting pain near my left side of  belly button for the past 1 month on and off.. dr gave probiotic tablets for 15 days.. I had appendix operation 18 yrs before.. after 2 years of appendix operation I got hemorroids .. I took allopathy for one month( on 2012), and after that sidhdha medicine for 3 months.. after few months that pain gone.. but external piles remains same with no pain at all for the past 14yrs.. nowadays I eating outside foods a lot so again I'm getting pain on anus also.. if I get constipation I will pain in appendix region.. So doc took a scan last yr tat time i got sever uti and colitis .. after few months that pain gone.. but now from the March month I'm having pain on my left of belly button and for the past three days I'm getting pain in anus also.. motion is not hard .but first I'm getting pain and after some hours paining. I'm getting loose motion for some day and some day constipation.. in scan thick walled rectum- colitis

Hello doctor, I am suffering from ibs from last 6 years. It is getting cured and again it is comming back. Currently I do have alternative bowel, back pain , acidity and sometime chest pain.

Me and 2 of my friends got food posioning 1 friend just got 3 times diarohhea and got recovered other friend has metrozol 400mg x3 x2days and got receovred m a dybiosis person with many missing probiotocs lacto and bifo its been 10ays my diarrhoea issnt going away i have rifiximin 200x 3 for 3 days but no use should i have metrozolny ? m scared of damaging my good bacteria more also if yes how much
