Hi doctor Can fatty liver patients take tocotrinol and co enzyme q10 over the counters as suppliment

I had fissure and fistula surgery 50 days before. 2 weeks before i consulted my surgeon he told both are completely healed and come after 3 month. After that i stopped all medicine and ointment only use lactifibre powder . After that i have anal itching not comfortable while itching no pain i  again visited surgeon he told nothing both are completely healed and told you feel discomfort 3 month , told me to apply coconut oil and stop harsh cleaning in anus  i use tissue paper and also priscribed Tryptomer 10 mg tablet half for daily for 2 weeks ... i take half tablet one time and stopped after that i have important works now cannot concentrare with its side effect .....it cause any side effect for half tablet use . Now anus is feel good with coconut oil and stopped harsh cleaning .

2 weeks ago I had middle abdominal pain for 4-5 days which got better after 4-5 days but then after few days the same pain got started and now its been 4-5 days I am having same pain.At first I feel pain and then when I press the area I can realize the exact location of pain.The pain is tender to touch and happens 4-5 times in a day for 10-15 mins.6 months ago I did colonoscopy which was normal and 9 months ago I did abdomen pelvis ultrasound which was normal as well.Currently 7 days ago my LFT,CBC,KFT which was normal.

I have history of IBS . For the past week, I've had severe indigestion, throat discomfort, and I am regurgitating sour, undigested food even after 2.5 hours after eating when I try to burp. Taking 40mg PPI 2 times a day since yesterday and liquid Gaviscon . But they aren't providing full relief. Kindly help.

My sgot 37 and sgpt 48... little pain in liver area after having heavy meal.. sometimes a bit itching...I am not getting sleep properly

Doctor, I have been experiencing the following problems for quite some time: - I have excessive gas formation in my stomach. - I frequently experience stomach cramps and spasms. - After eating, my stomach feels very full and under pressure. - Sometimes, in the upper abdominal area (near the ribs), it feels as though something is pressing or gnawing from the inside. - Even slight pressure on any part of my body makes it feel as if that area is being pressed hard. - I have to use the washroom frequently. - I feel hungry very often; if I delay eating, I start to tremble, but the trembling stops after I eat. These issues are affecting my daily life. Please examine me thoroughly to determine the possible cause and, if necessary, prescribe the required medicines and tests.

I am having discomfort, irritation and itching in the butt for a couple of weeks now. I have had medication for piles- Daflon 500 for last 3 days, but the itching becomes severe at night. Its irritating and I am unable to sleep. I don't feel to have any swelling in and around the area. I have given warm compress prior at night before sleeping which makes its little comfortable. Please help

But little anal itching and not comfortable in anal whilr  sitting i visited my doctor he told me to apply coconut oil and prescribe half tablet of Tryptomer in night time and i take tablet 1 day can i know stop the medicine tryptomee i am  not feel good with that ( sleepiness) ?

I am a female 24 years old have constipation. I visit the doctors and all my reportsof USG, endoscopy, colonoscopy,stool tests are all normal. But still I face constipation. I was given Gut clear syrup ( lactilol monohydrate) By gastroenterologist It has been 2 days i have taken the medicine but still no stool passed till now Earlier I used to take creamiffin syrup (after having it I had passed stool )but now my doctor changed to gut clear syrup and now stool is not coming since 2 days . What to do?

My brother diagnosed with fatty liver and fibrosis... dctr told thst it is not reversible even after weight loss.... we are very stressses please suggest what to do now
