In the morning, I usually pass some normal-sized, well-formed stool easily with very little straining. After that, I sometimes feel that there is still some stool left, but further straining does not bring anything out. Occasionally, I need to pass stool once again later in the day. On some days, I also feel a mild tingling sensation around the anus if I strain while passing stool. If I strain a little more to try to empty my bowel completely, I can sometimes feel a small, soft tissue-like part coming slightly out of the anus. It goes back inside as soon as I stop straining. This only comes when I strain. There is no blood in the stool and I don't feel any pain in stomach. Is it something to worry about ?

Dear doctor I am a patient of sub clinical hypothyroidism where TSH level is high and T3,T4  is normal. I HAVE UNEXPECTED WEIGHT GAIN OF NEARLY 8 KG doctor is prescribing me thyronorm 100 mg. Is anything more I have to do to reduce the weight gain.

I had chronic fissure & bleeding for 6 years . So I underwent kshara sutra thinking it's less painful. But the thread changing sessions went on for 2 months & even after that there was lot of pain & didn't seem like it was healing. So I underwent another fissure tissue removal surgery 4 months ago. I had followed everything doc had told. I was getting better. But I have had pain & can't manage a day without 2 sitz bath. Moreover even after following all that, I've been having a strange lower abdominal pain & further the whole lower body starts paining. More like pulling & burning .I even have the anal pain. There's no bleeding or pus. But pain.I really have no energy to undergo another surgery.This is my 5th surgery & I have other health probs too. Already lost 20kgs coz of previous surgeries.Feeling more weak now. Also want to mention that in college, i had eaten lot of slate pencils for 3 years.Is that the reason?Now i don't eat. I can't quit my job too.Please help & guide 😭 painful

Hi , I was struggling with blood from last 2 month and then I had visited a Gastreologist and he had advised me for medicine for 7 Days are Providac Oflox-OZ Omez-D After going through 7 day treatment, stool awaz not coming with blood , so again after revisit the had advised me to take medicine for 20 more days and after that I can stop it , For 20 days medicine are like Omez d for 20 days Auro BL for 7 Days But after 4th day my stool got hard which creates a cut inside I think , and after showing to doctor he asks me to take duphalac syrup in night and sucral Uno tube for the location , Use it from last 6 days stool got softer but still have pain not much compared to hard stool time , Am I going in correct way or need to change any thing?

I test LFT in which (direct bilirubin 0.25) ,( indirect bilirubin 0.72), (SGPT 165),(SGOT 97) . My FBS  92.7 , PPBS 137 , HbA1c 6.0% . In lipid profile, Cholesterol 141 , triglycerides 153 , LDL 61 , HDL 50 . In KFT uric acid 7.7 . And except this all are normal . In urine microalbumin 54 , creatinine 91 , Ratio 59.34 TSH 1.91 , prolactin 15.32 AMH 4. 34 Total and free testosterone 0.71 Hb 11 Lmp 27 march for 7 days. Today 16 august. My weight 110 kg height 5'6" bp 140/80 . Done USG which is shown Bilateral ovaries with polycystic morphology.  Dr. Give me Deviry 10 mg per day for 10 days without seeing report to induce period. Can I take it safely for my My liver health condition? I want to loose weight also and cure my all body problems. Please help .

I recently got my liver function test and lipid profile done as i will be starting Isotretinoin as prescribed by my dermatologist. For my LFT, everything is well within the biological reference range however the SGOT/SGPT ratio is 1.6; A/G ratio is 2.0 (bio reference range was given as 0.9 - 1.8); Alkaline Phosphatease (ALP) is 43 U/L (bio reference range: 44 - 112 U/L). the individual SGOT (aspartate aminotransferase) & SGPT (alanine aminotransferase) values are 19 U/L and 12U/L respectively (well within the biological reference range). my dermatologist says I can start isotretinoin however I'm a bit worried as when i google the SGOT / SGPT ratio, it shows that i might have liver cirrhosis?? I'm just scared that if I start isotretinoin, i might damage my liver. my lipid profile is also normal only the LDL / HDL cholesterol ratio is slightly below the biological reference range that was given. it was 1.2 (reference range was 1.5 - 3.5). I'm a 23 year old female.
