I feel discomfort and heaviness in my upper abdomen.It feels tight and bloated I have Ibs and grade two fatty liver diagnose last year.Sometimes I feel light pain in upper right quadrant ..but there is no other symptoms like nausea vomiting wright loss

I have ibs for more than 6+ years and taking medicine like colspa r and sompraz d. Earlier i have done colonoscopy and endoscopy and ct entorograph but not was found except poly in gall bladder also i have recently done the test and found high triglycerides. What steps should i take this now really disturbing

Hello, I was a slim person till the age of 15-16. After that i started gaining weight. By the time college ended, I weighed 78 kg. After that i started eating little. According to the calorie counter, i would eat somewhere around 1k every day. I used to walk somewhere between 10-15k. I lost 26 kg in less than a year. I was now around 53-54 kg. With fat I also lost a lot of muscles. My arms looked like that of an old person. Within a couple of years I started gaining weight again even with home food (which meant little oil, no junk, sugar only on occasions). Later, i moved to Bengaluru and started eating junk food. And all the weight came back. From 66 kg, i went to 86 kg (in 2.5 yrs). I have been trying to eat healthy (1500-1600 kcal) and walk (7-9k) since Jan and in two months, my weight has gone down by 1 kg only (85 kg). That too i am not sure because sometimes it increases up to 85.5 kg. Please help me I am really frustrated. I also need to get pregnant soon given my age.

Hello I have been fat ever since I was 16 years old. At 24, i decided to lose fat and ate very little (900-1k kcal) and walk (15k) and lost 26 kg in less than a year. I was 53kg now.  Lost a lot of muscles as well. Started gaining weight soon after. Within 3-4 years I was 66 kg. Shifted to Bengaluru for work and got married. Ate a lot of junk and gained around 15 kg in 2 years. Started eating healthy when hba1c tested 5.9... but sedantary lifestyle plus weekend parties.. went up to 86.5 kg in the next 2 years (hba1c decreased to 5.6).  Since Jan 2026, I have been eating super healthy (but 1500-1600 kcal). Even on weekends. And walking 6-8k everyday. But lost 1 kg only in two months. I don't have thyroid or any other hormonal issues. Vitamin d level is 28.8 and vitamin b12 is 260. Brkfast: oats 25 gm w/o sugar+2 boiled eggs. Lunch: sauteed veggies, chicken breast or fish steak. Evening: chai. Dinner: 100gm cooked rice, dal/rajma 1 katori, green sabzi, tofu/chckn/fish. Oil: 3-4tsp total
