Since October 2025 I’ve had bloating, burping, and gas. For about the past month I’ve also had intermittent pain in my left arm — sometimes in the upper arm, sometimes below the elbow — with mild tingling in my left hand. I’m also dealing with anxiety and overthinking about these symptoms, which seems to make them worse. Can anxiety be linked to gastric issues, and what can help?

Dear Doctor! In my Gastroscopy found mild Gastritis and doctor prescribed Esomeprazole 40mg .doctor suggested to reduce dosage slowly according to comfortabilty.but if I reduce dosage iam feeling discomfort and continuing same since 1 year.Is it safe to continue or any other option?

Hi , I'm a 30 yr old woman with two kids . Currently breastfeeding my 9 month old child. I'm getting bloating frequently. My stomach turns like a balloon it gives me headache sometimes. If i eat full , i immediately want to use the restroom. Also I get loose motions when I take curd. I don't know why I get bloated. Pls help.

After pooping I always feel like still something is left in so I put pressure again and when I put pressure that time if affects my lower back and i feel like it is tilted in and always feel stiffness and it is affecting my daily life .Lower back will be full stiff and i feel like it is tilted and stomach would be bloated and i even took some tablet but still the issue is not gone.plase help me.
