I am having severe issue with my bowel movement.due to this mental stress has increased & also facing  headache frequently because of this .I am facing this since 3 months .I do feel uncomfortable with my daily routine for this.also have to strain myself more inside bathroom  during passing stool. I do feel this like constipation. I do night shift job everyday except weekends. Please help me how to deal with this problem.i am literally fed up . MALE ,38 YEARS

My sister has been diagnosed with stomach tuberculosis and is undergoing treatment. However, she has severe stomach pain. I need injections for pain and gas. Doctors are changing the medication, but she is not getting any relief. I need a specialist who can fix it.

My husband has gall bladder removal surgery yesterday 24Aug via Laproscopic cholestectomy due to presence of gall stones. He is having lot of pain after surgery and also there is pus coming out via attached pipe during surgery. Doctor said he has lot of inflammation due to which pain is more and hence pipe is also attached to remove the infected blood. There is also mild fever of 99.8F today, 25Aug evening. He is on medications pain killer and antibiotics but still pain is there & fever also started. Is this normal after gall bladder removal or any further complications? Would like to check other opinion. Doctor said it is because he has lot of inflammation.

I had undergone kshar sutra & fissure tissue removal surgery 4 months ago. Now doc told that in the wound area there's a dot like thing more like beginning of fistula. Which is causing incomplete evacuation. I've undergone almost 4 anal surgeries. My body has become weak & lost lot of weight coz of those painful procedures. There is a hard boil-like swelling just above my anal opening, towards the side of the testis. It has no opening, it is hard, and probably there is no fluid/pus inside. Earlier it was on the left side, today it is on the right side.
