I m suffering from bloating and upper abdomen rib cage pain pls suggest me the test which should I do and treatment to cure

Hello Dr I have epigastric cramps bloating from many years. Tested endoscopy colonoscopy in September 2025 which detected h pylori, erosive pangastritis, small hernia. Gallbladder operated in 2019. H pylori medicine taken for 14 days. And continued medicines for erosive gastritis from 30 days. Currently continuing dexlansoprazole 60 & cizaspa x once a day with strict healthy light food anti inflammatory diet. But still there is epigastric bloating cramps & bowel movement 3 times per day. 60-70% relief. But iam in still confusion with epigastric cramps bloating. Can I do test whole abdomen cect with iv fluid which was earlier recommended by another gastroenterologist in April but I had not tested. Iam in confusion. Is this because of small hernia or any other condition. To whom I will consult gi surgeon or gastroentrologist & psychiatrist. Endoscopy prescription attached.

I had white small spots in stool which are in a still position and I feel light headed or low alertness after walking a few distance my cbc is normal electrolytes are normal.lft is normal kidney test is normal, feeling tired all the day

I am having throat pain & ear pain from past 1 and half years. Visited many doctors, Endoscopy, Laryngoscopy done. Taken PPI medicine, Antacid syrup Domperidone, Levosulpuride. Give only temporary relief for few days. My throat pains a lot. Although my diet control is not good at this age I cannot modify my diet. Pls suggest some solution

Huge Acid generate and chest is going to burn and bp is going to be 73/58 And he is unconscious for a second stomach mein ghumer ban gayi Then after five minutes bp is going to be normal and stool pass but acid generate again And chest burn what to do

Hi.. My bilirubin values are high and all other values are normal Total bilirubin -1.25 Direct bilirubin -0.4 Indirect bilirubin-0.85 I have an habit of drinking alcohol..i have an symptom of yellow colour pee not reguraly rarely yellow and mild ankel swelling...is it related alcohol or viral hepatitis(when I search i google it was showing as viral hepatitis)please clarify..Thanks in advance

Is Grade 3 Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver fully reversible? Does it require medication or will do with the diet itself.

I had diarrhea the previous day and took imodium 4 g at night and rifaximin 550 and cizaspa x Today I am having stuffiness in my stomach and mushy stools i took cizaspa x and rifaximin 550 in the morning after break fast and venoprazam before breakfast The stuffiness is extreme and uncomfortable I would be very grateful

Please find an attached report and suggest can start tb medicine or let me know if any other tests needed
