Male, 38 yrs,88kgs,188 cms.There was  an occurrence of  gastritis due to a herbal supplement. During the same time I went through some traumatic happenings as well.Since then heartburn is with me all the days even if the food habits are good. It was later found that there is a connection between chronic gastritis and chronic stress in my case. Stress increases gastritis and gastritis increases stress.Almost all medicines give me heartburn. Medicines for stress also give me heartburn. For a complete cure from stress, anti depressant dose needs to be increased which further increases heartburn and acidity.  PPI helps to reduce heartburn. The problem is PPIs alone are not helping even with increased dosage. PPI and  Itopride/domperidone combination before food increases heartburn. There is no history of gastritis in me other than the ongoing episode. Endoscopy is negative for Hpylori and ulcers but revealed mild chronic gastritis(no erosion). How do I escape from this trap.

After eating non veg like chicken mutton or fish l'm suffering pain in my stomach after few hours of eating. The next day I get cramp like pain before bowl movement later after bowl movement feeling burning sensation in anus. This happens only when mild spicy non veg food like chicken, mutton and fish but not all the time. But when the symptoms starts I feel very tired and restless. Also i have found that my b12 is low and also facing neurological symptoms. Note : past 3 - 4 years I have been suffering frequent stomach upset, fever visited many doctors what can be the reason Please help 🙏

Recently undergone stool routine test where I have 5-6 pus cells ( report attached )  only symptom I have been experiencing is frequent mucus in stool ( like once or twice in a week ) and flatulence not quite heavy and very slight or rare stomach discomfort. I usually take protien rich food consists of peanuts , whey , oats , nuts , soyabeans ,eggs,  chick peas. My family doctor prescribed rifastop 200 thrice daily. Any possible treatment plan from home

Hello Doctor, I am a 36-year-old male with Grade I fatty liver (improved from Grade II). My recent LFT is normal (AST 22.9, ALT 19.6, bilirubin and albumin normal). Platelet count is 179,000. However, I still have a mild dull pain (2–3/10) in the right upper abdomen, sometimes on the left, along with gas and occasional soft stools. Could this pain still be related to my liver, or is it more likely due to a stomach or bowel problem? What would you recommend as the next step?

My SGPT is 138 and My SGOT is 56. My bilurubin is 1.27, GGT is 68.3, My urea is 44.7, creatinine is 0.98, GFR is 104 and also my Uric Acid is 8.3. Cholestrol is 233 and Triglycerides is 312. LDH is 316 and TIBC is 491. RA factor is 24 Vit D is 27 and Vit B12 is 360. Sugar, throid, APO B and APO A1 and rest all the parameters are fine and normal Please suggest if i should go on medication or lifestyle changes are enough to control the situation.

6 month ago my sgot 29 But today my reports show 78 But the test was done post 24hr workout I do have ibs and previously I had grade 2 fatty liver I am attaching my reports kindly help me understand if there is a problem Please help me understand if it is concerning

For many years, gas is being formed in the stomach, food is not digested properly, I am suffering from constipation since many years hemoglobin is low, there is pain in the body and I am unable to sleep at night.

I was diagnosed with duodonal ulcer and erosive gastritis with h pylori +ve in September 2025 ..and have taken medicine esomac hp kit for 14 days and 2 months of vonomac 20mg and digeraft after stopping of medicine again suffering from hyperacidity and bloating ...again endoscopy done then I got fungal infection in esophagus ...then taking antifungal medicine with razo l and razo it...and after 2 months of medicine there is no effect same bloating and burning sensation in stomach ...3rd time I have done endoscopy.. doctor said again gastritis and duodenum scarred...and h pylori -ve...but my stomach is bloating and hyperacidity not going...it's all about 9 months now ..my h pylori is negative but why I am suffering from hyperacidity and bloating..is h pylori -ve may be false ...pls recommend me what will I do...after stopping levosulpuride 25mg feeling too much acidity and bloating..after taking sompraz IT also..it's not working why??

I recently did stool test and found that cyst row is written as EH(Entamoeba Histolytica) that was not present in previous year stool test report .I don't know if this is happening for this. Please give suggestions. (I recently posted a query about having loose stool with mucus like substance from several months that gets worsen after eating maida/atta/chowmein/pasta/nonveg/oily fried items. At night , feeling like water droplet from anus while sitting on chair. Roko and Sporlac temporarily solved problem for few days but again same .)
