My USG report showed 12mm gall bladder stone when my routine health check up. I have no problem due to this finding(silent stone). Now my query is that, will I undergo surgery to remove gallblader which is commonly done in such gallstone cases even if it does not cause any health issues at present. Kindly review my USG report and advise me further management.

I had undergone kshar sutra & fissure tissue removal surgery 4 months ago. Now doc told that in the wound area there's a dot like thing more like beginning of fistula. Which is causing incomplete evacuation. I've undergone almost 4 anal surgeries. My body has become weak & lost lot of weight coz of those painful procedures. I really can't undergo another surgery for same. I have other probs & surgeries too.I have no bleeding or discharge.No much pain too. Is there any alternative way. Please suggest any non surgical cure 🙏🙏😭

Having trouble of bloating and indigestion already having medicine for ulcer, but not getting relief

Doctor given 14 days egopress hp forte tablet. My weight 55 kgs. Medicine took 2 days now I am feeling severe stomach abdomen discomfort tightness and squeezing feeling. Not able to manage that feeling .no appetite at all. Any suggestion how to come out of stomach discomfort???

Hello Doctor, I had laparoscopic appendix surgery about 25 days ago. I am having a mild pinching sensation on the right side of my abdomen occasionally. It is not severe, but I feel it from time to time. I also develop gas and abdominal discomfort after eating. Could you please let me know if these symptoms are normal after surgery or if I need a check-up or any treatment?
