Protein rich food along with fibre will ensure keeping your stomach full for longer. Replace carbs with protein. Get a consultation for weight reduction if it seems impossible. GLP-1 injections could be prescribed by doctor under strict supervision.

At 106 kg, repeated crash diets and fasting are causing rapid regain. Aim for gradual 5–10% weight loss with a sustainable calorie deficit, protein- and fibre-rich meals, 150 minutes of activity weekly plus strength training; night shifts need planned meals and protected sleep. Please check BMI/waist, BP, glucose or HbA1c, lipids, thyroid and screen for sleep apnoea. Medication should be considered only after evaluation, not self-started. I can help create a plan via Practo or at Synergy Multispeciality Hospital, Miraj—please book a consultation.

Losing weight fast and regaining it faster is very common after strict diets, and it isn't a willpower problem for you. Night shifts make it harder, because your hunger and sleep hormones follow your body clock. At your current weight, a doctor-supervised plan makes much more sense than trying another diet on your own.
Next Steps
Please see a general physician or endocrinologist, who will first check your thyroid, blood sugar and cholesterol. If your periods are irregular, ask for a PCOS check as well. Your doctor can then tell you whether medical treatment is suitable for you, so please don't start any weight-loss pill on your own.
Health Tips
On shift days, try eating your main meal before work and packing protein-rich food for the night. You'll find slow, steady loss easier to keep off than a crash drop.
