On Thursday, they remained watery and green. By Friday, the stool became slightly solid and yellowish. However, since last night, the stool has again turned green and watery. Today morning she had a blood in the stool.

We stopped giving her milk,so the frequent bowel movement stopped. But the abdominal pain comes and goes,ranges from mild to severe lasting 2 - 5 mins max, mostly 2-3 times in 24 hrs..
Done USG abdomen. Showing reactive sub cm mesentric lymph nodes. What does it mean?
Ps-She had similar episodes of pain without the bowel movements twice in the past 1 year,lasting about 10 days. Gastritis was suspected.
We are not sure if that pain was also related to this lymph nodes. Please guide
