Dr Rama's MDxpert Clinic
Further he is very gentle, cool, polite and down to earth. You will be asked a lot of questions by the doc which will include/locate all your problems.
i would recommend a must visit to him. Cant express here all my happiness and satisfaction here in words.
One more thing i would like to share is that you will not be filled up with a lot of daily dosage medicine. Medicines prescribed will be very light on pocket, effective and very less in number.
Thumbs up for that.
Rest the medication is on for one month. I am sure the problem will be sorted out in the minimum possible time.

the clinic and pharama both are nicely maintained. yhe printer was not working when i have visited so the pharma informed me earlier itself that he would not be able to print the bill. So, if i want i can buy from outside to get the bill. This gesture, was good and genuine.

From last 6 days I am facing calf pain and my Ortho Dr said it is due to disc related nerve related. He prescribed me Proxym MR, Defcort6 two times a day and GB29 total 1 at evening time. Defcort6 is steroid and GB29 causes dizziness. So I am little bit worried if this is safe combination. From tomorrow I am going to start physiotherapy as well and taking D3 shots as my D3 levels are very low. Could you please advise if above tablets and their combination is safe to take as 1 is steroid and 1 causes dizziness. Thanks

I recently got a blood test done and my iron levels are at 59, total binding capacity 388, Hemoglobin is 12 and generally I feel bit tired by the evening and don't feel like working .Appetite has reduced over the last few months and am having hairfall.
Do all these symptoms indicate an iron deficiency and need of supplements?
My B12 is also on the lower side -211 and Vitamin D is 26.

I have calf pain and pain increases with walk. I consulted Dr and he prescribed muscle relaxant. Also I did my d vitamin report done and got the deficiency with 10.5 ng/ml and dr prescribed weekly one shot for that.
Now it's 4th day after taking muscle relaxant but no improvement in pain. I cannot walk after 5 mins. Dr said it is due to lower back but I do not have back pain. Could you please advise how much time it will take to get the pain resolved.
