I would personally say, being a good listener is the key factor a doctor should actually possess.
Treatments are a part of a clinic. But without listening to what exactly a patient would want to tell is something that I would not appreciate. The personal assistant of the doctor gathered details and jotted down in a form and the doctor hardly communicates and makes a conversation with a patient to know what the patient has to say. Ms.Renita, is never a good listener according to me.

Just visited. One of the worst experience for me with doctors that I have seen in my life. He did not even spent 30 seconds to check the problem. Wrote M-CEFURO (local product) which cost me 787.50 rupees for 10 tablets. Similar salts medicine are available at 160 rupees. He wrote for x-ray and one other test. After x-ray also he did not spent 10 seconds and ask to come with H1N1 report which costs 4750 rupees at his hospital. Not recommended.
Mind blowing experience with a dentist !!! Zero fear, 100% confident and a very very warm person to move with which gave the comfort to be treated !!!

its very good because we get clarified for our doubts very clearly in case of baby's health , height or weight , food habits , fever reasons , mainly babys fever is treated very easily and get cured. Lucky doctor too

1. The people at the reception could be a little more enthusiastic. I have seen bright, smiling faces in some hospitals where the patient count was far higher than this. A smiling face at the reception goes a long way to say 'We care'.
2. The reception counter is almost always crowded (in fact, more crowded that the patient lounge) with staff from other departments hanging about. This creates a less welcoming atmosphere and can be a little embarrassing for shy patients.
3. The process flow needs a bit of streamlining. There could be employees carrying x-rays in opaque covers! Nobody wants to really see the x-rays of broken bones and things like that. These are supposed to be discrete.

One has to wait for hours to meet the doctor.
The assurance that we will be cured completely is something that I didn't personally sense.
The views might be different for different people as the clinic is completely meant for those who can spend money extravagantly and the treatments will be given accordingly.
This clinic is never the place for ordinary people who belong to middle-class who are seeking for cure.
