1.physiotherapy was charged way too high. 400 rs. that too only for informing some yoga postures.
2. well maintained clinic and the team is prompt and things are little more digital compared to other places in terms of prescription and all.
3. if you do scans and test from the places the doc has recommended, they charge almost 20 to 30% extra.. I don't know why.. but I have checked similar tests and scan costs in other places.. they all were in same range.. only these recommended places charged additional.. hopefully the clinic checks on this point..

Hi I'm 38 year old male , 92 kg and 170 cm ( over weight) , 12 years back I was diagnosed with anxiety disorder and I'm on Inderal 40 mg now and past 1 or 2 month I'm getting mild headaches ( mostly back of neck ) so I checked my Blood Pressure my systolic BP is always around 110 to 120 but diastolic BP is between 87 to 92 ( which is on higher side ) as I'm taking inderal by heart rate is always between 70 to 80 bpm. I did some blood test and my cholesterol is under normal 120 ldl and 55 hdl and did thyroid test and no thyroid and also I have d3 insufficient so I'm having medicine for that weekly once and b12 is fine . 1 year back I did holter test and no issues found . Doctor told if I want I can take medicine or else not require but when I check my BP the diastolic is always under higher side between 87 to 93 and also I feel
