I requested an appointment in the time slot of 2:45 to 3:00 pm. Doctor came at about 3pm. The experience with the staff was not that good. The medicines were given there only but instead of Anovate cream the girl gave me some anti-ageing cream..! And i had to but all the creams at M.R.P. Imagine if someone would not have checked like me the medicines being sold by them at the clinic itself, then the poor guy could have ended up applying anti-ageing cream on his anus..!
Doctor is good but medicines recommended should be checked by him and there should be no compulsion so as to where u want to buy the medicines from

2. Sleep apnea 3. Nose slightly bent post surgery after an accident in childhood resulting in narrow nasal cavity in left side. Breathing slightly impacted.
All this results in chronic irritation at the back of the throat which causes frequent bouts of coughing regularly in daily life. Phelgm persists irrespective of season.
In 2023 patient was admitted to hospital because he lost consciousness. He has been having blood in urine, also brown colour urine which lead doctors to examine his kidney.
Biopsy was done then they found mild scarring on kidney and discovered IgA Nephropathy.
Since then he had no symptoms related to kidney. Urine is normal, no blackouts and overall fit except for tonsillitis and swallowing issues. Whenever he swallows there is irritation at back of throat leading to coughing daily.
What should be the next step? And how can these persistent symptoms cured?

The junior doctor messed up the prescription because of which the further treatment suffered.
Initially the junior doctor and the intern only identified soft tissue injury.. Which later was corrected by the senior doctor saying hairline farcature malleolus lateralis.
So the procedure was supposed to be like.. Slab for a week and then cast for 4 or 6 weeks.
But due to lack of writing correctly on the prescription ... It was later treated just as soft tissue injury.

I woke up and had some popcorn...Then i drank 1 strong coffee whey protein & smoked 1 cigarette...5 minutes after I felt extreme dizziness & state of panic like something bad is going to happen soet off heart attack/stroke then i measured my pulse it was 125 & bp was 140/80 and dizziness increased while i sat down & rushed to my local dispensary there also my bp/pulse was high they gave me medicine to reduce bp then i went to cardiologist and got ecg test which was alright and after 2 hours now I'm feeling okay. Could it have been a heart attack or stroke, if not then was this episode a sign of high risk of heart attack or stroke... Normally my bp & sugar is in normal condition & i dont take any medicine
