I requested an appointment in the time slot of 2:45 to 3:00 pm. Doctor came at about 3pm. The experience with the staff was not that good. The medicines were given there only but instead of Anovate cream the girl gave me some anti-ageing cream..! And i had to but all the creams at M.R.P. Imagine if someone would not have checked like me the medicines being sold by them at the clinic itself, then the poor guy could have ended up applying anti-ageing cream on his anus..!
Doctor is good but medicines recommended should be checked by him and there should be no compulsion so as to where u want to buy the medicines from

It is not severe bloating, but there is noticeable discomfort and a feeling that digestion is slow. Around 30–60 minutes after meals, my stomach frequently makes loud gurgling or rumbling sounds. These sounds are sometimes quite noticeable in quiet environments such as libraries or classrooms, which makes me feel embarrassed. Along with the sounds, I sometimes feel mild gas movement in my stomach.
My bowel movements are generally normal and regular. I do not have constipation, diarrhea, or severe abdominal pain. My appetite, body weight, and overall physical condition are normal. I usually avoid junk and fried foods and try to follow a healthy diet. After meals, I drink warm water about 20–30 minutes later. Despite this, the heaviness and stomach sounds continue to occur after eating. I would like to know the possible cause and whether any tests or treatment are required.
