I requested an appointment in the time slot of 2:45 to 3:00 pm. Doctor came at about 3pm. The experience with the staff was not that good. The medicines were given there only but instead of Anovate cream the girl gave me some anti-ageing cream..! And i had to but all the creams at M.R.P. Imagine if someone would not have checked like me the medicines being sold by them at the clinic itself, then the poor guy could have ended up applying anti-ageing cream on his anus..!
Doctor is good but medicines recommended should be checked by him and there should be no compulsion so as to where u want to buy the medicines from

I am a 35 yrs old active man, working out daily, last week at night, midnight my sleep break and I find pain in my left chest pain was not intense and was mild simultaneously my left hand was felling like numbness for sometime as I think it was under my body. Later after some time numbness resolved by itsown , I was also having gas and I passed stool as well. I was worried if it is a heart pain. However pain is not thereafter, it was for some time only. And the same thing happened many time in past also. But still I become worried and anxious now. I did ECG, please check and tell me the best suggestion. In 2023 I also felt same in addition bloating was there, I did ECHO. tMT and ECG that time and cardiologist said it's absolutely Normal and gave me pantop tablet. Also I did all tests and everything was normal including CBC, KFT , Thyroid profile, Urine test except LFT which was SGPT-50, SGOT- 82 and Total Bilirubin 1.4, direct -0.4 and Indirect - 1.0, TG-192 rest all normal.

My grandfather's age is 84 and he has been taking oxcarbazepine 300 mg tablet(oxcarbazepine colour yellow fcp and titanium dioxide ip) but still today his condition worsened when he was taking tea and he experienced another seizure for 2-3 mintues. He is already a brain patient from 1992 (at that time he had a brain stroke and due to no medical advancement he doesn't get a treatment at that time) but in 2012 he started getting seizures and he had operated for hernia in 2022 and still getting medicine for urine and his epilepsy medicines brand recently changed by pharmacist due to unavailability in area...please suggest what should we do now to keep him healthy and he was also having mild breathing issue yesterday

Patient: 53F, Left-hand knuckle.
Procedure: Thermal cautery 11 days ago; suspected direct cauterization without initial curettage.
Current Status: Persistent wound. As of Day 10, noted yellow/white exudate.
History: Alternated saline, mupirocin, povidone-iodine, and petroleum jelly. See attached images for 10-day progression.
Questions for Consultant:
Based on the progressio nin image , is there evidence of an incomplete removal/remaining vascular root?
Is the current yellow/white exudate consistent with autolytic slough or clinical infection?
Should I continue conservative care or seek immediate surgical excision given the joint location and suspected root?
What is the safest protocol to ensure closure while minimizing deep tissue/bone risk? see image carefully full open
