I have been experiencing multiple symptoms over the past few weeks and would like a detailed evaluation and treatment plan.
- I have urticaria (hives) for the past 1 month. It comes and goes and seems related to allergy.
- I have sinusitis symptoms for the past 2 weeks, including:
- Nasal blockage (both nostrils)
- White mucus
- Forehead pressure (especially on one side)
- Since yesterday, I developed ear blockage/fullness sensation, especially after travelling. It feels like pressure inside the ear and head.
This started after travel (car window open + yawning), and since then the ear feels blocked and uncomfortable.
Current Medications:
- Azeflo nasal spray (azelastine + fluticasone)
- Levohal M (anti-allergy tablet)
Concerns:
- Ear still feels blocked despite medication
- Sinus symptoms not fully improving
- Ongoing urticaria
- I am currently 3 months pregnant.
