After visiting many Doctors and physiotherapist I accidentally met Mr.Tiji at a friend's residence. Spoke to him about my health condition(disc bulge and disc degeneration) and visited him again at his clinic. He explained in detail the functioning of the spine and what are the causes for damage. He gave few exercises to follow which were extremely helpful and simple. He took time to understand the problem and address it accordingly. Absolutely simple and a very approachable person, gives you the right medical advice without wasting money on unnecessary tests like the previous experiences I had.
I would totally recommend his clinic as the go to place for any physiotherapy needs.

I am Habib. At frist I give thanks to almighty Allah (GOD) that I find out a best physiotheraphy clinic in kochi, kerala. I have a disc prolapse in L 4 -5 level that's why pain goes down to my left leg, after visiting KPMM Dr Tiji Mathew sir inspect my body, then he give me 14 sessions theraphy, some stretching exercise and teach me about functions of spine & disc, after doing this its a magical change in my health condition , after two week physio therapy I feel very well then my previous condition.
KPMM save my time & money, it is very cleaned, noiseless, well communicate & well time maintain place. I would like to give thanks to Dr Tiji sir, that you are doing a amazing job and also loving care me, absolutely you are very simple and approachable person. Thanks to KPMM, well done & kepp it up. I had a severe case of tennis elbow for more than half an year. Dr. Tiji and his team was very forthcoming explaining the underlying reasons and the proposed therapy. There was a substantial reduction in the pain after the two week session, and I followed it up with some home exercise sessions. I am glad to say that I am almost back to normal now.

They have started the treatment by giving me an education about basic human skeletal system.
Then they start examine my body till getting a complete scenario.
After the initial check up they start treating me by giving some exercise methods.
After two weeks I start feeling relief from my back pain.
