Hello Doctor,
I have been monitoring my blood pressure for some time. On most days, it stays around 140/95 to 145/100 mmHg, but on some days it goes higher than this. I also experience severe headaches, especially when my BP is elevated.
I have made lifestyle changes, including improving my diet and trying to be more active. My BP has reduced slightly, but it is still not within the normal range. I would like your advice on whether I should start medication or if regular exercise and lifestyle modifications may be sufficient.
For reference, after my PCNL procedure in December, my BP remained around 120/80 to 130/85 for about a month while I was following a very clean diet.
