From last 10 months my BP mostly remain 95/65 and i feel sleepy all day and also feel orthostatic hypotension when i stand up.
All test done on advice of physician and all are normal except hemoglobin is 12.9 which was 15.7 onr year ago and also weight decreased from 56 to 52 kg.As per physician no need of treatment.
Kindly suggest what to do because sleepiness and dizziness is increasing day by day.
Note-water intake is 3-4 ltr and also increased salt intake but of no use.
