He is on anxiety medicines for the last 4 years ( nexito 5 - 1/0/0, clonotril 0.25 -1/0/0, and mirtazapine 7.5 - 0/0/1) Recently his sgpt levels shows a value of 60 and all the other values are normal. Up on ultrasound fatty changes in liver is observed. On doing fibroscan the values obtained are 6 kpa, and a cap score of 265. I have Mild right shoulder pain for more than a year and doctors tried to improve the condition by giving suppliments to heal.
Since the condition did not improve i was asked to take shoulder MRI
After reviewing my MRI report, I have been asked to do PRP by an orthopedic doctor on my Right shoulder, since the report says that I have mild tears/thinking on Rotator cuff tendons, Labrum,Anterior band of IGL,Biceps tendon and Sub deltoid bursa .
The same was confirmed by another orthopedic Doctor.
But I could find a huge difference in PRP Treatment cost amongst hospitals I enquired about. May I know what could be the reason for this cost difference?
