Hello doctor, I am currently taking Divalproex for seizures. Today during my exam, I experienced repeated sudden jerks in my hand (almost every minute), and I was fully conscious but unable to control my hand or continue writing.
Previously, I used to get only a single occasional jerk, but this was much more frequent and intense than before.
I had taken Meftal Spas about 1 hour before the exam for the first time, and I also felt slightly drowsy during the exam. I’m not sure if this contributed.
Could this be a change in my seizure pattern or trigger-related? Do I need a dosage adjustment or should I avoid certain medications like Meftal Spas?
Also, what precautions should I take during exams to prevent this from happening again?

I have been suffering with stomach burning and ache since 2months and have been on Pantoprazole(70 days).H-pylori negative and gasteroscopy and biopsy shows nothing. At this point my doctors dont have a solution for this.I am unable to eat anything other than steamed veggies,bread and boiled chicken.Suffering with bloating and belching. I have tried taking cabbage juice initially it gave me a bit relief but now its not effective.Could anyone please help.
Begininng of this I guess I took a whole day fast and was on kyolic garlic tablet as home remedy for overall wellbeing.
