I didnt go out alone for a month with anxiety, fear, phobia, depress thoughts, but recently I started to overcome my fear, to restore to my senses, but now unable to sleep alone in the room, keeping the lights off, fearing that a very tiny lizard will enter the room, climb on the bed or fall.
