As I said she trusted me more than myself which made me trust her anyhow and in any situation.

Cure Speciality Clinics
This was one of the worst & pathetic hospitals. All the corridors had dirty edges which weren't cleaned properly. The security were ruid to hell, hospital doesn't have enough parking & they asked me to park my vehicle somewhere and come. Receptionists are the most rude people. They take their own sweet time to handle appointment management and patients. They don't understand emergencies. The pharmacy doesn't have tablets prescribed by their doctors.
I visited another pharmacist & he was confused for a medicine, I called up the hospital to speak to the doctor regarding this. The receptionists weren't ready to get me to speak to the doctor. When I threatened the receptionist that I will complaint against them, it was then she gathered the doctors number & shared it.
Overall experience with this clinic was pathetic.

the appointment never started on time. had to wait for over an hour all 3 times. taking appointment via practo or directly via phone didn't matter. we visited for getting vaccines for my kid.

Below are the reports of FNAC and mammography. the oncologist also performed USG guided breast biopsy. The biopsy report are as follows:-
GROSS EXAMINATION
Received 3 grey white linear cores largest measuring 1.2 cm, smallest measuring 0.6 cm.
All embedded in one block.
MICROSCOPIC EXAMINATION
Section studied shows fragmented linear cores of breast parenchyma with preserved
lobular architecture. The terminal duct lobular units exhibit few cystically dilated ducts and
acini lined by bilayered epithelium with intact basement membrane. Luminal secretions
are also noted in few of the ducts. The surrounding stroma shows bland spindle shaped
cells of variable cellularity with lymphocytic infiltrate surrounding some of the terminal
ductal lobular units. No evidence of hyperplasia / malignancy.
IMPRESSION
FEATURES SUGGESTIVE OF FIBROADENOSIS - BIRADS IV LESIN IN RIGHT BREAST.

I am a 47-year-old male with chronic euvolemic hypotonic hyponatremia. One year ago, my sodium dropped to 115 mEq/L while taking Tazloc H (hydrochlorothiazide). It was stopped immediately, but my sodium has remained around 129–130 mEq/L. Latest reports: Sodium 130.1, serum osmolality 259 (low), urine osmolality 118, urine sodium 42, creatinine 0.9 (normal), thyroid normal, 8 AM cortisol 10 (normal range). Symptoms include headaches, brain fog, confusion, and fatigue. My nephrologist suspects Nexito Plus (escitalopram + clonazepam) may be contributing and prescribed fluid restriction and tolvaptan. Does this pattern suggest SIADH? Could Nexito Plus be the cause? Should it be replaced, and are any additional tests recommended? Please help.
