I was treated by Dr sriprakash sir because of nose problem and recurrent cold sir check my nose and sir refer investigations because of how is my internal structure of nose and allergy test ofter CT PNS scan report and ofter consulting the doctor,sir clearly explain about and my problem sir advice the surgery and I wil prepare the surgery . I admit in this hospital ,hospital management and staff response is good and rooms are very cleaned, Nurse'streatment is very good,Nurses treats are very care. And Dr.Sushma Madam is also very encouraged my surgery. Dr sripraksh sir before everything clear my doubts and with low budget my surgery done.opearation theater is excellent . Dr. sriprakash sir best ent surgeon in hyderabad.My functional endoscopic sinus surgery was done by using radio frequency technology. I recommended this hospital for friends and relatives for ent hospital.

It was a good visit to the dentist. I can say the best one as from the appointment till the treatment every thing was well managed and the treatment delivered was comfortable and painfree. Team staff and docter is good.

I did not like the customer service.. I booked 11:45 am slot still was made to sit 2 hours for my appointment.. if online appointment booking has no value they should not allow it.. and though doctor asked me to take a physiotherapy treatment immediately.. all the service desk cared about is payment of physiotherapy to be paid before treatment though doctor said I will pay later.. they came 5 times to remind.. as if I will run away from treatment center.. also despite of several request to get my file to physiotherapy doctor they kept hold just because of payment..this is ridiculous.. Fyi physiotherapy center is inside the hospital itself..

This was one of the worst & pathetic hospitals. All the corridors had dirty edges which weren't cleaned properly. The security were ruid to hell, hospital doesn't have enough parking & they asked me to park my vehicle somewhere and come. Receptionists are the most rude people. They take their own sweet time to handle appointment management and patients. They don't understand emergencies. The pharmacy doesn't have tablets prescribed by their doctors.
I visited another pharmacist & he was confused for a medicine, I called up the hospital to speak to the doctor regarding this. The receptionists weren't ready to get me to speak to the doctor. When I threatened the receptionist that I will complaint against them, it was then she gathered the doctors number & shared it.
Overall experience with this clinic was pathetic.
