This was one of the worst & pathetic hospitals. All the corridors had dirty edges which weren't cleaned properly. The security were ruid to hell, hospital doesn't have enough parking & they asked me to park my vehicle somewhere and come. Receptionists are the most rude people. They take their own sweet time to handle appointment management and patients. They don't understand emergencies. The pharmacy doesn't have tablets prescribed by their doctors. I visited another pharmacist & he was confused for a medicine, I called up the hospital to speak to the doctor regarding this. The receptionists weren't ready to get me to speak to the doctor. When I threatened the receptionist that I will complaint against them, it was then she gathered the doctors number & shared it. the appointment never started on time. had to wait for over an hour all 3 times. taking appointment via practo or directly via phone didn't matter. we visited for getting vaccines for my kid.  - PRIYANKA
