Every times i remember about the past the family problem, the more scary it feels. I can't sleep even i'm tired, breathing become short and hard, my chest feel heavy and my stomach feels like a running wheel. Around my body i feel cold but hot in the same time, i feel not safe to close my eyes.This happens many times, couple times i want to see doctor but i think i'm just panic because tired or i just to much think bout this and dont need to see doctor . But tbh im totally scared with this condition will defect my social activity and personal thoughts about life.
