Every times i remember about the past the family problem, the more scary it feels. I can't sleep even i'm tired, breathing become short and hard, my chest feel heavy and my stomach feels like a running wheel. Around my body i feel cold but hot in the same time, i feel not safe to close my eyes.This happens many times, couple times i want to see doctor but i think i'm just panic because tired or i just to much think bout this and dont need to see doctor . But tbh im totally scared with this condition will defect my social activity and personal thoughts about life. And this condition come and go in few months until now, couples months i have to take all pill i have almost all of that is painkillers to put me sleep because i'm to tired to feeling scare. and i really needs your opinion do i need meet a doctor?and what specific doctor?
