Recently I have visited a doctor for sever lower back ache and he told that it is due to body stiffness and nutritional deficiency and advised for vitamin b12 and vitamin d test. My vitamin b12 was 280 & d3 was 28. He has advised to consume sarvacal plus once a day and d3 shot 60000 IU twice a week for 6 weeks.
My question is that is it safe to consume this dose of D3 withour K2 as I have read that high dose of D3 and calcium without K2 can cause some issues. Please suggest for a supplemet better than sarvacal plus which have vitamin K2 also?
Also advise correct dose of B12& D3 vitamin as per my levels?
