Registration fees : 50 (to be paid at first visit only)
Then he wrote a prescription for medicine (cost of medicine 200 bought from clinic's store)

Hello Doctor,
My brother has had a tic disorder(5years),he is now 15. His MRI and EEG were normal. 2-3years ago, he took medicines for about 6 months, which reduced his tics, but he gained significant weight, started spitting saliva. so the medicines were stopped ,we scared.
about a month ago, his tics were mild, mainly occasional hand movements. About a month ago, we restarted treatment with Arkmin and RPN tablets. Around 28 days later, as the medicines were finishing, his tics suddenly became much more severe. He developed shoulder movements and mild vocal tics.. We revisited to doctor, and now he is taking sizodon 5 mg and Arkamin.Could missing his medicines for 3 days have caused such a severe increase in his tics? Before restarting this course of medicines, his tics were much milder, so we are wondering if the recent worsening could be related to the medicines, stopping them suddenly, or another factor. please help us out.
