I am a 30 year old male.  In my childhood, I had to face sexual abuse at a particular place for about 2 years due to which I have to face physical problems till date. Today, it has been 17 years since that incident but even today I do not go towards that path. If there is any picture related to that place in anyone's house, then I get scared of any person coming from there to his house. If any person has passed through that place and touched any object of our house, then I immediately throw away that thing.  There is a need to wash, if this is not done then I immediately get symptoms of fever due to fear, difficulty in breathing, feelings of vomiting start coming and this problem is increasing day by day. I had told my father some things related to sexual abuse but he did not tell anyone at home nor discussed the matter with me due to which I am facing more problems. Since 4 days she has cough and cold persistent with 100.3-100.6 fever. But this fever was not consistent. So we were giving sinarest plus 5 ml twice a day . But since last night she has continuous fever of more than 100° which subsides on giving CALPOL 250 mg but comes again after 4-5 hours. We had gone to doctor so he gave augmentin dds bd 3.5 ml, respicure ls 3ml td, CALPOL 250mg 3.5ml td and nasoclear . We had given 1st dose of all medicines including augmentin dds to her but still fever is coming every 3-4 hours.  Can we give ibugesic plus instead of plain CALPOL and what other medicines to be given ...her weight is 12.1 kg and 3 years and 3 months old ...but she is somehow active although she is having fever. Hi, I m 18 yo male suffering from scrotal pain since two years,last month I went to urologist and got a usg of scrotum both side shape size and echogenecity was normal just a small cyst of 5mm in right epididymal head and a mild patchy hypervascularity in right epididymal head as compared to left one was noted,however overall vascularity of both sides were normal,my urologist doc said it could be early orchitis(very low chance) gave me meds but the sensitivity didn't subside. I went for second opinion to a popular urologist he did physical examination and usg of abdomen and prlvis and doppler of scrotum from another radiologist, in doppler of scrotum this time no cystwas noted and morphology n blood flow of spermatic code epididymis and everything was normal and stated that scans were within normal limit and same for usg of abdomen and pelvis. The patient was admitted and routine investigation done, serum sodium -119, serum potassium - 4.0, CBC-Hb- 14.1, WBC- 13000, platelet -3.49 lacs, HBA1C- 6.3%, Total IgE-46.16, LFT - Total Bill - 0.58, SGOT-32.6, SGPT- 16.8, RFT, urea-13.0, Creatinine - 0.76, the patient was started on 3% nacl infusion and Nat-level corrected to 127. The patient's sensorium improved and was stabilized, urine R/M- normal, USG abdomen fatty hepatomegaly (Grade-I), BPH - (Grade-I). a psychiatrist opinion was taken I/V/O - acute psychosis and advise followed. But the next evening my BP remained like 150/100 or 160/100. One doctor suggested me telmisartan 40 in the morning too. But today morning I visited to my doctor and my BP he measured was 130/94 He suggested me telmisartan 20 in the morning instead of 40. Please suggest me what will be right for me. This reading was before taking morning medicine. Waiting for your kind suggestion. Night medicine will be same,just suggest me in morning 20 or 40.
