As my mom is diabetic, we had gone for annual eye check-up which is advisable for Diabetic patients. After evaluation by Dr shibal, it turned out that mom had Macular Hole in one of her eye.
more..I am very happy about the waiting time as it was less than 10 minutes. Diagnosis was done very precisely by the doctor and the given treatment was quite accurate for me. Only thing that disappointed me was, for the follow up, I had to travel a very long distance, hence I tried to contact the doctor by phone. But I did not receive proper response from the hospital end or doctor's end. Apart from that, everything was fine and satisfactory.

so i had to get * ****** regular retina examination done but the doc made me wait for 1 hr almost and then when i met her she said it a regular process and passed me on another doc and i had to pay the consultation fee twice (2k) and she was complaining to me abt no. Of appointments on the day- she dint have to accept that many if she wasn’t comfortable but why make the patient pay twice?
