Dr. Shibal Bhartiya was one of the kindest doctors I've seen. My eyes were looking quite red and were itching a lot. My AI assistant told me it was dry eyes and suggested Dr. Shibal as the appropriate doctor to go to in my area. I did not have to wait at all, and it was a very pleasant experience. It’s been about four years since I went through it, and I’ve had multiple complications with my eyes, including severe dry eye syndrome, meibomian gland dysfunction, lid keratinization, and significant corneal damage.

Since last November, as advised by Dr. Shibal, I started using autologous serum eye drops. It’s been around five to six months now, and I’ve seen meaningful improvement in my healing journey. One eye responded exceptionally well, while the other is improving more gradually—but overall, there has been clear progress.

I’ve noticed a reduction in photophobia, and the corneal healing, especially in one eye, has been quite remarkable. Most importantly, it has made day-to-day life much more comfortable.

Throughout this journey, Dr. Shibal has been incredibly supportive, compassionate, and reassuring. She takes the time to truly understand what you’re going through and makes you feel at ease, which makes a big difference when dealing with something this challenging.
