I am suffering from H Pylori Infection and after consulting a GI Specialist he prescribed Claribid 500G BID  and Tinadazole BID  and Lanzaprazole once Daily for 1 week . Please advise how long I have to take this medicine?

I am having mild discomfort in left side belly button and left side ribs from past 3 days and appetite also has got less.the xray states that bowel loops dilated in abdomen .I have attached the xray report .what should be done next .I suffer from ibs d from more than 10 years .does stomach massage cause this kind of bowel loops as was getting stomach massage from a week . 2 years back my colonoscopy was normal.

Hi Doctor, I'm a 20-year-old male. For the past 2 hours I've had a feeling of trapped gas and difficulty burping with a dull ache on the left side of my chest. I also have pain in my left shoulder/upper arm. I don't have shortness of breath, sweating, nausea, dizziness, or jaw pain. Could this be gas/acid reflux, or should I go to the ER to rule out a heart problem?

When i drink 1-2 glass of water i feel all watery and heavy and water till esophagus type feeling But it does not happen with food, it only happens when i drink water And if i drink water during lunch or dinner time it takes longer time to digest food I dont have any symptoms of LPR silent reflu, like sore throat or horse voice post nasal drips etc What can it be ? I have anxiety disorder and under medication as well since 7 years. Now much mentally healthy but my weight is increasing day by day. Digestive issues. Can't eat restaurant food not even chips type packed food. I have been so much concern about my looks as well due this weight gain. I am a dental student and I have lots of work, clinical duties but still no weight lose. I eat less and hardly eat oily food more over I can't digest And I reduce my food intake even more or starve myself I get so weak and low blood pressure. Because of my weight it hampers my daily physical activity, everyone is so energetic and I can't work like them. I tried my best for so long but it's not working. I get tired so easily. I have been taking vit d since 4 months. I run some test 4 months ago for glucose level, thyroid, lipid profile, vit d . Everything is normal expect vit d deficiency. I see slightly darker pigmentation around my neck as well. Upper body is so fatty and heavy
