Hello Doctor, My wife hbsag is postive but mine is negetive. What can be done in this situation as we are planning for pregnancy

I have tried so many things to loose weight even exercise diet and so many things. I have thyroid and 20 kg I gained weight. Becoz of this I have hormonal issues

First I got PCOD , yes I didn't continue the metformin, now I got grade 2 fatty liver ...is it reversible? Thank you so much

So I was slim and weighing 50-55kgs as per bmi. But last September that is September of 2025 I started noticing that my clothes stopped fitting me, I had gained weight around my tummy, hips and breast. I was in proper hourglass figure but now I have turned into pear shaped with heavy lower body. Now I do diet and exercises but my weight is constant at 70-75 kgs. I am legit tired of doing fasting, changing my diets and exercising and getting no better results. I also did lipid profile but everything is normal except for cholestrol which was not an alarming level but have managed to lower it down. I don't have pcod, neither thyroid.

Hi all.Iam writing this with regards to an issue am facing since last few months.The issue is Iam unable to get the urge to clear bowels on a daily basis unless I take some kind of laxative.What could be the reason for this.Iam taking nutritious food  on a daily basis .However I had a denture problem for many months hence I could chew quite little and hence used to take it mashed.But after getting denture am able to chew the food but still the issue persists.But once after taking laxative it's all clear.Iam taking pet safa tablets as laxative. ALSO IAM ON MANY KIND OF MEDICATIONS SUCH AS BP,THYROID AND PSYCHOTIC MEDICINES.are the medications a reason for this?please advise.

So whenever i eat something i get burning sensation in my stomach and feel pukish, i've been medicines since five days now, but it's not helping... even after taking the medicine i feel burning in my stomach and lower area .

Have been experiencing knee and foot joint pain for around 5 years. There has never been any visible joint swelling. I have already been evaluated extensively by a rheumatologist. HLA-B27, RA/CCP, ANA, ENA, tTG, ANCA, uric acid, CPK, bone scan and MRI were all normal. ESR and CRP have also remained normal. I have noticed a strong pattern with my bowel movements: whenever I become constipated, my knee and foot pain becomes worse. After passing stool, I get significant relief in the joint pain. Could constipation, IBS-C, pelvic-floor dysfunction, or another gastrointestinal problem contribute to this type of musculoskeletal pain? Please advise what further gastrointestinal evaluation or treatment you would recommend

I have been suffering from stomach issues since 2 months. Medicine temporarily give relief but its recurring. Though the severity level has reduced drastically. Now I feel stomach warmness before meals mostly. But last 15 days I have general weakness frequently. All my blood reports and sonography reports are normal. CBC, sugar, thyroid, vitamin b12 (300 pg/ml)  vitamin d, ferritin, kidney, liver, lipid. Also abdomen and pelvis reports normal. As per my observation whenever I take Pan d I feel good for 3-4 days and again weakness hits. Also, whenever I pass stool specially in evening time i feel totally drained with no energy. No other symptoms. I pass stool without any drain and no issues with bowel movement. Please help me understand what could be reason for frequent weakness. Also taking multivitamin syrup for weakness still same.

I gone for USG , finding some Gall bladder polyps large one 4.9mm, Gall bladder thickness 3.6mm . Should I go for operation?? In family my uncle was diagnosed Gallbladder cancer. Should I follow up or go for removal of Gall bladder. Kindly suggest.

I am 28 year old female diagnosed with Hashimoto thyroiditis 2 years ago on thyronorm 75mcg and currently tsh 2. Anti ttg were normal. I am suffering from chronic intermittent lower abdominal pain (2 years)which is dull, sometimes with lower back, mainly starts after bowel moment, stays for few hours and goes away on its own till noon. But recently its been happening every month for 1 day qhole and then fades slowly on another day. No blood in stool. But bowel shape changes during this either bulky or mushy. Associated with abdominal distension. I also got operated for chronic fissure last year which was from 7 years and with anal spasm. My esr, crp is normal. Hb is 12.5.
