Dear respected gastroenterologist it's been 3 yrs gallbladder removal surgery but currently i am facing loose stools,mucus, urgency,3_4times poops in day 7am _5pm not in night ,i have consulted with a gastroenterologist he prescribed medicine for me is 1.RIFAXIMIN 550MG,(2_times) 2VASOREX,(3 times in a day half an hour before eating) 3.itokon 50 mg( times in a day half an hour before eating) 4.psyllium husk(10gm in night) medicines are helping  me but i am facing difficulty in urination don't know any one causing side effects please guide me what to do next should i stop taking any one of medicine.

I was diagnosed with grade 3 fatty liver last month having CAP 304 and KPA 11. I have made significant changes in diet and reduced approx 6 Kg (125 to 119) from weight since then. Now after 1 month report has value CAP 338 and KPA 6.5. I am eating only 10-20 ml of mustard oil or desi ghee only in full day. Protein intake is 60-70 gm. Can someone please tell me what to do??

Hello, I have a 14mm gallstone. I want to understand if there's a hospital that treats gallstones with Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy. I understand this is not a commonly acceptable treatment due to reoccurrence but I want to give my gall bladder a chance before removing it all together. I'm based out of bangalore.

Hello for the last 3 days I have had small Pimple near the starting side of anus between the scrotum and anus starting. The pimple is not causing any pain or discomfort while sitting but while touching it is feeling hard and is paining slightly. I am applying an antibacterial ointment muprocin. Is it helpful. Do I need some other treatment. Will it go on its own?

Have done LFT test done yesterday as I used to consume alcohol weekly once. Could see Bilirubin, total protein and globulin are elevated. Do I need to take any other tests? Few months back Protein levels were within normal. Attached report herewith
