I take care of street dogs one of female dog has given birth to puppy they are almost 40 days old what medicine i can give to them can i deworm them what vaccines should i give to them and how to deworm them and which medicine to use pls reply

I am taking care of two street puppies they are almost 45 days old i have't dewormed them yet can i deworm them now one weight is 2.200gr and other one is 1.900 gr easypet syrup is not available can i give them tablet like 1/3 of the tablet to both of them for deworming pls reply to me thanks

I completed a full course of anti-rabies vaccination on 27 November 2023. Subsequently, on medical advice, I received a booster dose (Day 0) on 9 December 2024 following an exposure from my own dog. Today, while playing with my dog, it scratched me and also attempted to bite me. Later during bathing, I experienced a mild burning sensation on my leg at the site, but there is no visible bleeding, no obvious open wound, and the skin appears mostly intact. My dog is healthy, fully vaccinated, and receives regular annual anti-rabies vaccinations. Additionally, yesterday my dog vomited once slightly, but today it is behaving normally, eating well, and appears healthy. Given my vaccination history and the nature of this recent exposure, I would like guidance on whether I need another booster dose or any additional post-exposure prophylaxis measures. Thank you.

Hello doctor please help. 10 days before a street dog lick my foot where a mosquito scratch is present. Not talking  any rabies vaccine because no scratches and no bite  only dog like my foot skin which is red because of mosquito bite and I scratch it .After that incident I have build a rabies anxiety. Problem in swallow water dry mouth and panic attacks. Feeling unreal hypersensitivity to all things eyes continue moving. Feeling rabies symptoms in my body.. but dog not bite me and after 11 days of this incident dog is so calm and still healthy not any symptoms. What should I do.. I am not sleeping for last 4 days.. please help. I ask you because you are doctors and professionals.

Since I had full vaccination in 2025 and had completed 2 boosters on19 April 2026, and this new scratch happened within about 2 weeks of boosters which is 3 may 2026 — do I need to take rabies vaccine again, or am I already protected?
