Hey everyone, ​I’m dealing with an intense health anxiety spiral right now and need a rational reality check. ​Today, a stray cat came near my food. It sniffed/might have touched or licked the top paratha. I discarded that top paratha along with the one right below it, and ate the remaining 1.5 parathas that weren't in direct contact. ​There was NO bite, NO scratch, and NO skin puncture whatsoever. ​I know that WHO classifies non-bite animal contact as Category I (Zero Exposure Risk) and that ingestion/saliva swallowed does not transmit Rabies due to stomach acid and lack of nerve entry points. But my anxiety keeps coming up with "what if" scenarios (what if saliva touched the lower food, what if the cat was rabid, etc.). ​Looking for some grounded thoughts from people who understand health anxiety or medical transmission facts to help me break this loop. Primary Symptoms: Severe weight loss, extreme weakness, and loss of appetite over the last 3–4 weeks. He has become very skinny (ribs and spine clearly visible). I takw care of my stray friend mooney age 4months+ she frequently scratches her body and she also have some of these marks on her body which looks little different to me she eats perfectly but her behaviour is quite different nowadays very aloneish and feared i am attaching the pic of her body pls have a look and suggest me some good syrup/tablet her all vaccinations has been completed and she has been dewormed regularly till now Thanks

My 6 year old male labrador pet frequently gets these lesions on his left front paw and hind leg which don't go away with medicines, oitments etc. He keeps licking it. We have been treating for a year. All his vitals are fine.

11 unvaccinated stray dogs have been exposed to distemper for more than a week Currently no signs or symptoms. Can we administer multiple or standalone distemper vaccination to them at this stage They are eating well and responding.
