Dear Doctor, I am writing to seek your advice regarding our family planning. We have been trying to conceive for the last 1.5 years without success. I recently had some tests done, and the results show elevated pus cells (4-6/hpf) and 50% dead sperm. Because we are actively planning for a baby, I would like to request you to review my current rheumatology medications. Could you please suggest alternative medicines that are safe for family planning and do not negatively affect fertility or sperm count? Please let me know if we need to schedule a consultation to discuss this further.

For the last 3 months I am having generalized muscle pain. The muscle pain is on and off. I also sometimes get deep muscle pain or cramps especially in my shoulders and arms and it travels to hands with little bit of tingling. Whenever I am trying to stretch I feel like muscle has been pulled or when I am in a certain sitting position I feel some tension in my muscles.  I did my blood tests like crp, cpk, esr, electrolytes, diabetes , thyroid, vitamin d and vitamin b12. Everything was normal except b12 was low which was 120. For this I started taking supplements and it was then improved to 680. But the intermittent muscle pain is still not resolved.

From past 15 days I'm forgetting things even the things i studied yesterday I'm unable to recall today i did the tests the vitamin d3 is 23 and b12 value is also on borderline and lack of deep sleep always from 4-5 yrs even a small vibration of phone make me awake Having a family history of sle does my condition also interpret as sle or autoimmune disease or is it something related to neurology

Pain starts from the back of the neck and run through the scapula to the right hand. Experiencing for the last 7/8days. No numbness on hand,grip is normal,no breathlessness,can move head ringt and left,slight pain while moving right. Pain increases while sleeping position.

I have been suffering from weak digestion and had loose motion yesterday and now I got stiff neck around my shoulders and also feeling pain while moving my neck to right side and whenever I have little spicy or fried food I develop ankalysing spondylitis issue also. What should I do? My digestive system is always upset but I don't feel any pain in any area

So a year back a cat claw scratched me after that i have persistant headache on side i got scratched flu like symptoms back then numbness in hands and feet joint pains i got tested for bartonella henslae positive and all the symptoms started after that event and are still to this date persistant and growing but every doctor orders a diffrent test done all the tests but no doctor is ready to treat me for bartonella and as so much time has passed i researched to and my symtoms are looking like chronic bartonella sypmtoms right now i am loosing hope as i am so young and dealing with this uncurable issue is making my like hell and i am feeling i will never get better i have been to more that 30 doctors in this one year

My ANA profile is positive 1.30. I have symptoms for join pain ,walking difficult ,sensitivity to light and severve dry eye Tingling and burning sense as well. Neuroglist gave lots of tablets and not cured

Breastfeeding 3 old son after 1 month of delivery having too much pain in hands legs a doc said reactive arthritis due to season environment and breastfeeding pain usually in morning and night I take medicine at 4 am because pain is too much .. main question is it quarable or not
