Hello I already have Osteoarthritis in both knees since last 9 months. Since last 1 week, my fingers (3 middle fingers) on each hand have been paining and feel stiff throughout the day and night. My doc recommended blood work. Results of esr, crp, ra factor, anti ccp, and anti ds DNA are within the normal range. However in cbc, my hemoglobin is 11.7. Vitamin d is 27. Ana test came out to be weak positive 1:100. Pattern is speckled and cyctoplasmic speckled. Should I be checking with rheumatologist? My doc prescribed zyramod for 10 days morning and night. Should I be worried ?

Not able to tolerate please help me if there is any good medicine so that I can work on my own this pain is killing me please please suggest me with good medicine

I am having pain from neck to head back side. please help me to understand this mri report and future action that to be taken.

In March 2026, I started Atorlip-F (atorvastatin + fenofibrate) and took it for about one month. In April 2026, I developed sudden, severe, bilateral shoulder, upper arm, biceps, and palm pain, which has persisted. My investigations so far include: ANCA (PR3): Negative ESR and CRP: Normal (including previous tests over the last 5 years) Ultrasound of both shoulders: Normal ANA, ENA, Rheumatoid Factor, Anti-CCP, TTG, HLA-B27: Negative/Normal Bone scan and MRI of the sacroiliac joints (2022): Normal

From last 2 month I am feeling bilateral shoulders pain and upper arm and palm pain ( feels swell) , Consulted with rhumetologist he advised to do ANCA test and ultrasound of shoulders , both are quite normal , esr crp also normal , deflacort 6 mg prescribed , it gives me relief , after quitting pain again hurting , My other test RA ANTI CCP ANA ENA TTG HLAB27 BONE SCAN MRI OF SI JOINT has done in 2022 ,

Here is my ana report need to further test required to known for constant miscarriages...been dealing sinces 8 years

RA since Dec, 2020. Currently, minor joint pains, ganglion pain, shoulder pain, back pain, ankle pain, knee pain. Taking HCQs 200mg, 2 times a day. Deflazocort-5, 2times a day. No improvement !

During Bakrid, I ate meat for several consecutive days and developed knee pain and stiffness. A local doctor suspected gout and prescribed painkillers and joint supplements. My uric acid level test was done and it was 6.8 mg/dL, and had right leg knee xray as well, and the pain resolved after 7 days of treatment. About a month later, I've developed knee pain again for the past two days, making it difficult to walk. After taking  painkillers, the pain improved, but I now have mild pain in one of my toe joints. Could this still be gout, and what should I do next?

I have joint pain to both hand fingers and wrist. Mild pain whole day. Morning foot pain on feet(back side) and discomfort walking. Also pain on back side of neck. Throat dry in morning times.

Hello, my Age is 60. I was diagnosed with lateral canal stenosis at L4-L5 and was prescribed Neurokem D 75/20 (pregabalin duloxetine). I took my first dose last night.After taking it, I had severe shivering, felt extremely cold, became confused in morning (as noticed by my family), and I'm still very sleepy even now when its 4 pm. I also feel bloated or like I've suddenly gained weight.Should I continue this medicine or stop it? Please guide me on this. I am really confused how to cure my back pain permanently.
