Back pain that is only relieved by lying down ..if I stand and sit is starts severe pain..what could be the reason ..I m taking Acizen SP but it's not helping

This is regarding the left  knee pain with severe swelling  and what kind of treatment needed and to whom we need to contact for treatment. What are the recommendations to take it forward to stop knee pain.

In December 2023 I was diagnosed with typhoid mild fever 100 in evening for 10 days and also constipation... During and after typhoid I was experiencing severe pain in my heels and now after 6-7 months I am experiencing daily pain in hand and feet but mild... My question is that can typhoid cause peripheral neuropathy and how to diagnose and cure my problem

I was having right knee pain/ache which usually comes and goes. I experienced this 2/3 times since a year back. No morning stiffness, when i move after resting for something i experienced sharp pain and after walking few steps it was manageable. Similarly i had pain in January this year on 7th night it worsened and I couldn't straighten my knee nor put pressure. Esr was raised upto 40mm/hr . Attaching the mri and other blood test reports. Aso was negative and urine was normal too. What could be the exact reason? An autoimmune arthritis? Or pvns? Anything other than?

I am 34 year old female.. I feel breathing problems for past few days with some chest pain... Some back pain also... Cough... Here my reports. Is it something serious?

Only right knee pain which comes and goes . Suddenly the pain worsened . The MRI showed: minimal to gross joint effusion. Grade 2 injury of patellar tendon. Enhancement of hoffas fat pad. Blood test: crp and esr were high . Uric acid , rf factor, cbc were normal. No recent injuries too. Last knee injury was 5 year back due to a fall upon mri that showed minimal joint effusion. Other things were normal. What is the exact cause? Is it a type of chronic inflammatory arthritis or any other like pvns?

Hii my father has recently been diagnosed with chronic liver disease for which he is under treatment.  He is on carvedilol 3.125mg bd and tab ursocol 300 mg bd. But for one week he is having pain near hip joint . He has not taken any pain killer for it but can I give him one tablet of neucoxia M60 since now pain is affecting him. Also I will be visiting doctor in next week but till then can I give him one or may be two dose of etoricoxib 60 mg

I have been experiencing persistent joint pain, stiffness, and swelling in multiple areas of my body, especially in the mornings and after physical activity. I m HLA B27 positive after which i was given two drugs TAB TFCTNIB 5 and SAAZ 500 now after days i was advised to do an lft so now that i my SGPT is 96 should i take the Tab TFCTNIB 11

My left feet is swelled and strong pain on upper side of left feet. So painful when I walk and feet sole feels somewhat numb. Sometimes this happens in right feet. Tested today for RA and ESR report. RA is 7.89 and ESR is 50 Sometimes I have strong pain in right leg knee. Also got xray for both knees. Everything is fine. I dont get whats the diagnosis? Is there any permanent treatment for my pain condition?
