In  2021 , after taking some medicine I feel severe joint  pain  , immediately consulted with rhumetologists and lots of tests done , RA , ANTI CCP,ANA ,ENA ,CPK ,URIC ACID, TTG , hlab27 , Mri of SI JOINTS , BONE SCAN , etc In the last 5 years, esr crp normal, my pain dis appeared for a duration and again it happens, cyclic pattern, from last 10 days I have pain in shoulder joints and biceps muscle, muscle both side symmetrical, same location, feels. Very painful to raise my arms , yesterday esr 8( 0 -10) to and hs crp 2.5 ,I want to know to whom I should consult , what test should I do
