ESR - 48 CRP - 30 RA Factor- 8.6 I feel a little stiffness in morning in Fingers of hand & leg. Weight - 99kg Any suggestions or treatment.

I have Thigh, calf and Biceps muscle pain. I have also constipation and hyperacidity but inspite of clear motion and taking anta acid. My thigh, calf, Biceps muscle pain still there. No relief in pain. My ortho doctor prescribed pantocid dsr, zincovit, cipcal, transaxmic acid 90 mg, looz, pregacip m75.  I have done whole body test like vitamin d, calcium, b12,folic acid, iron, Ift, rft, kft, lipid, cbc, whole blood test only Losinophils (Fluo Flowcytometry) and Basophils-Abs (Calculated) high. Kindly suggest any medicine for pain

Gastro doctor done blood tests.iam getting upper and middle back pain stabbing pain.middle and upper back pain going to chest.it shows ana 2 positive. Dfs 70 strong positive and control co positive.doctor didn't said any thing.can I consult rheumatologist .what disease i have.plz reply.

In 2022 my test for arthritis was RA CCP ANA ENA HLAB27 ,BONE SCAN, MRI was normal mean time I regularly visited rhumetologists, in 2024 my low back pain and body suddenly relieved, Now recently, suddenly I feel pain in my shoulder, upper arm biceps, lower arm , both palm , both side middle fingers , seems all finger tip are red minute , In the last 5 year , my crp esr normal, From last one month i am feeling muscle pain , frist time , Is it polymylagia rhumetica??? Recently ESR  10 CRP 2 CPK 90 I observed that my knee and upper foot pain relieved when my gut cleared , In last 5 year no swelling only pain

My father is 63 years old and he experiences excessive pain in back and legs due to Sciatica. He is having this problem since a very long time. Last year he has undergone hernia operation . Kindly suggest the cure to this problem

It's weird but One of my relative picked her nose with very big nails and gave me food after that.this is 10 years ago.i get health anxiety that her nose cell implanted on my lips.i had mucus like thing sensation on my lips at that moment and my lips always remain dry after that .please clear is that possible?
