I jumped in an event around 2.5 months back. I heard a click sound in left side of lower left backbone and since then I am suffereing from pain in that area. When I press the area I can feel the pain and also while and bending and doing other physical activity. I have done MRI and X ray and nothing significant has come in it but the pain dosent subside and increases with physical activity. I am undergoing compulsory training at armed forces which gives me no rest time. I am somehow continuing my training with this pain. I also have a precondition of ankylosing spondylitis. I have taken many anti imflamatory medications and pain killers in these past 2.5 months but pain relief is temporary and again comes back .

Hi , My wife had a severe placental abruption in 36th week and we lost the baby. She had to undergo an emergency c section for the delivery due to internal bleeding. After few days she got dvt in her left leg and was put on apixaban twice a day . We are in India these days and would like to consult a specialist here to check if the dvt is cleared and also if it was due to positive apla. Can someone recommend which specialist to see here in India as she was being seen by maternity department there . We are based out of Delhi ncr and can see anyone in and nearabout delhi . Thanks

Last year i got diagnosed with ana positive with high titer and mildly positive. My doctor suggested to took ANA profile. Only dsf70 was positive. Rest are negative. I took ana test again last week because of continous fatigue, rashes on the leg. ANA Test is now strongly positive with high titer . Pattern is same as last - dense fine speckled . Do i have a deadly autoimmune disease.?

Hi, It's been 15 years since my symptoms initially appeared, first cervical pain, then back pain and every year a new pain gets added. I have medication resistant pain, or they don't work now properly as they gave me more pain so i have to change pain medication every other day. Recently from one year have developed digestive issues, so the medicines are even more of a hit and miss now. I have taken ketamine and lidocaine treatment also. Needless to say nothing worked. With all these things i have also the usual suspects- anxiety, depression, bpd. I have changed doctors so many times and i think no one beleives me and now recently last doctor thinks i have drug seeking behaviour. Well offcourse i do, i want to be in less pain. I know i should do the usual things - exercise etc but i consider enough achievement to get to work every day. So what is something that i can do

Can repeated use of soaps cause nail pitting? I have been using soaps quite frequently for washing my hands since covid. And sometimes, I feel the dryness caused by it might have triggered nail pitting. And whenever I walk 2-3 kilometres, my fingers,palm and feel get slightly swollen which gets normal in 1 hour. HsCRP was below 1 and ear was also 8 in the normal range.

I did a complete blood test, which included ANA. It shows ANA ( Elisa) positive, value 89.93!! My orthopaedic said it's too high just for my mind, i repeated the test from a different diagnostic centre and here it different format. Can someone guide me if both the reports have same value or if there is a vast difference
