Grating and cracking noise from all join

Hi all my joints are making cracking grating snapping sounds recently which are more aggressive since i got viral fever 10 days ago . Now all joints are creating noise even if i lift my arm up there is some kind of sound like which feels like locking sound of joints . Pain is not there but my knees joint have pain and also my muscles are weak . Got Ra test and it was negative Cbc and lft during fever was done which is attached please check the reports I have hypothyroidism condition so taking 50 mcg medicine with calcimax forte Was taking calcimax from last one month but now the joint problem is increased . Also my digestion is very bad i am having indigestion and loose stools from last one year for which all the tests have been done including sigmadoiscopy which has no findings . Liver enzymes are raised sgpt 150 Sgot 100 Please tell me why my joints are getting weak Vit d test also done it was 25 last month
