Positive ANA test
I have severe case of hairfall with severe hair thinning. Doctor advised for antibodies test as I suffer from Hashimoto's. In blood test ANTI DSDNA has returned positive and rest parameters are negative. Even Ige is normal. What does it mean?
P.s. I am also suffering from various allergies/intolerance - lactose, gluten, sun, metformin.

You have some auto antibodies. Hair loss may be one of the features of some autoimmune diseases.
