Positive ana. Something else going on?

Iga is 259.5 . ANA anti DSDNA is positive. In allergy panel no drugs found to be allergic but has severe reaction (allergic) to metformin, tramadol and chymoral forte. Suffering from gluten and lactose intolerance and allergy to sun(uv rays)and seasonal allergies. Also has PCOS and Hashimoto's. Recently suffering from Severe hairfall, hair thining and hairline receding. Can DSDNA be positive due to PCOS or is something else going on?? Past year, had severe migraine and face swelling, palpitations which are not due to thyroid issue. Prolactin is raised and was 51 . Rest hormonal panel is normal. Need solution as daily tiredness, brain fog , unwell feeling hampering quality of life and affecting output at work and office. Following diet and exercise as recommended by doctor
