ANA report positivity with speckled pattern is important. We  need some more information to interpret this test. Do you have any symptoms like oral dryness, eye dryness or joint pains, fever ??. And regarding miscarriage we need to know at what month pregnancy these were lost to better identify the reason.
Next Steps
you need a rheumatologist consultation and some further testing. we need to do ANA blot/profile test and also other antibody tests  for miscarriages- APLA antibodies - B2GP IgG, ACL-IgG and lupus anticoagulant test.
Health Tips
please consult a rheumatologist.
