Last year i got diagnosed with ana positive with high titer and mildly positive. My doctor suggested to took ANA profile. Only dsf70 was positive. Rest are negative. I took ana test again last week because of continous fatigue, rashes on the leg. ANA Test is now strongly positive with high titer . Pattern is same as last - dense fine speckled .
Do i have a deadly autoimmune disease.?

DFS pattern is not generally associated with any autoimmune disease. However to diagnose SLE , ANA profile is not mandatory. ANA positivity with clinical signs suggestive of SLE are highly compatible with the diagnosis. For details, you can consult a rheumatologist.
