I did a complete blood test, which included ANA. It shows ANA ( Elisa) positive, value 89.93!! My orthopaedic said it's too high just for my mind, i repeated the test from a different diagnostic centre and here it different format. Can someone guide me if both the reports have same value or if there is a vast difference

For ANA test, indirect immunoflurocence(IIF) is the recommended investigation. ELISA is not. Your IIF shows weakly positive which often is not significant for any autoimmune disease.
