Lower back and hip pain..
Lower back pain last 1 year starting in February 2023. Now Lower back pain and pain in bilateral buttock ( right more than left).. Pain and stiffness in lower back all day Pain in scapula and unilateral neck.. Mri done Lower back on 20 March and 21 October.. Mri si joint on 20 March and 21 October 2023 ( comes out normal times) Hla b27 negative by rtpcr Esr between 20 to 25 done 4 times Crp normal done 4 times Ana .. ra ..anticcp ..all normal Normal cbc ..liver ..kidney..lipid test.. Do I Have ANKLOSING SPONDYLITIS FEATURE) CAN MRI DETECTS INFLAMATORY CHANGES IN 4 MONTHS..PLEASE TELL Do in need another si joint mri now .  ..

ankylosing spondylitis Hlab27 negative .yu need to do only x ray pelvis.

Lower back pain may not always be due to ankylosing Spondylitis. Yes and MRI would be able to detect inflammatory changes even very early. In the absence of MRI changes and normal ESR or CRP, this does not look like "inflammatory" back pain. Please consult a Rheumatologist urgently as there are other causes of pain, ranging from disc disease to even chronic pain syndromes.
