Joints pain ,knee joints hip and spine
In mid Feb I recoverd from viral fever after recovering fever, I feeling hip pain waist pain lower back now mid back pain , My HLAB27 is negative, MRI normal , ESR CRP was 16 and 0.68
Yesterday My ESR 4 and crp 1
Still I very pain in hips and back
My all reports were negative
But on basis of symptoms doctor prescribed me Tofacitinib 5 mg
But pain is very hurting
I want to know if ESR CRP in normal range , what other reasons could be
In cbc wbc was very slight raised lab normal limit was 10.6 and mine was 10.9

Tofacitinib is a specific medicine for arthritis, should be taken only after confirmation of diagnosis. From your description it is not clear if you have arthritis.
