My HLAB-27 test by PCR method is negative and mri carried out in Feb 2022 was quite normal and bone scan also , but my all symptoms are just like AS , ESR CRP is normal in last 2 year , now HLAB-27 by flow cytometry is positive, what can conclude??

PCR method is better. However, false positive can happen in flowcytometry.
Only hla positivity does not always mean ankylosing spondylitis. Besides, many patients with AS have HLA Negative.
