I have joint pain to both hand fingers and wrist. Mild pain whole day. Morning foot pain on feet(back side) and discomfort walking. Also pain on back side of neck. Throat dry in morning times.

Hello, my Age is 60. I was diagnosed with lateral canal stenosis at L4-L5 and was prescribed Neurokem D 75/20 (pregabalin duloxetine). I took my first dose last night.After taking it, I had severe shivering, felt extremely cold, became confused in morning (as noticed by my family), and I'm still very sleepy even now when its 4 pm. I also feel bloated or like I've suddenly gained weight.Should I continue this medicine or stop it? Please guide me on this. I am really confused how to cure my back pain permanently.

Doctor, I have a problem where muscles anywhere in my body can suddenly cramp, pull, or twist on their own. When this happens, I lose control over the affected muscle, and it causes very severe pain. It most commonly affects my stomach, neck, mouth, and lower limbs. I also experience muscle pulling in my lower limbs. After yawning, my jaw sometimes locks (locking of the temporomandibular joint/TMJ), making it difficult to close or move my mouth normally. This condition appears to run in my family. My father also has the same problem. I would like to know what could be causing it and whether I need any investigations or treatment.

Frequent pain occurring in knee and ankle along with swelling which stays for more than a week and sometimes even a month. Any solution or medicine for early relief within a day or two ?

For the last 2 months , I have been suffering from severe bilateral shoulder and biceps pain , I am going into anxiety and depression, recently I did ANCA PR3 test as prescribed by rhumetologist , it came normal 1.89 , esr crp normal, My RA CCP ANA ENA TTG HLAB27 have been carried out in 2022

There is weakness in the thigh. There is pain from the knee back side ligament (PCL) to the back joint on the left side of the waist. This is from the last 20 years. Earlier, when I walk for long distance or play football say for 45 mins. My knee back side joint gets locked and it was difficult to move my leg. Currently I don't walk long distances or run. When I straighten my leg i feel a linear pain  running from leg to knee to the side of the thigh to the back joint on the left side of the waist..

Can feel discomfort in knees and fingers feel stiff in the morning after waking up and once I start moving i can see it's normal and physical activity doesn't cause any pain. I can here cracking sound from my knees when I perform knee exercise. Took full arthritis pannel test all came out negative... Iam living a sedentary life style.i can move my knees well without pain and perform any type of exercise without pain but this discomfort makes me uncomfortable and iam clueless about it. Height 182cm weight 53kg. No swelling/ redness in knees/ anywhere just discomfort feeling like something is happening in knees.( No history of any type of bone issues in family).tested for C3,CRP,HLAB-27,RF,HBA profile,hemogram,anticcp,liver function test,iron def test, kidney profile and lipid profile ,ana and aso and T3-t4 everything turned out to be normal / negative.

Is zemperd and hqtor and bonsaid medicine safe to consume while trying for pregnancy or trying to conceive.

This is her report and she has had three miscarriages in 6 years what should we do as she is ANA positive and does this mean she cannot become pregnant please help we are in touch with our gynaecologist and also want to check if required a rheumatologist... please help

My hands and legs are hurting. When I bend the fingers of my hands and feet, it causes pain. There is a burning sensation in my hands and feet. My hands and feet feel hot. Also, the fingers of my hands and feet feel swollen. Before these symptoms l had suffered from viral fever for many days.Uric acid 6.24,Ra factor  14.5 , Accp<8 , Vitamin D25 Hydroxy 29.5 , Ana 4.78, Hb 10.8 ,Crp 5.8 Esr 25.
