Bilateral shoulder and biceps pain

For the last 2 months , I have been suffering from severe bilateral shoulder and biceps pain , I am going into anxiety and depression, recently I did ANCA PR3 test as prescribed by rhumetologist , it came normal 1.89 , esr crp normal, My RA CCP ANA ENA TTG HLAB27 have been carried out in 2022

Hi We need to evaluate for musculoskeletal causes of the pain. Can consider ultrasound of the shoulders If inflammatory markers are negative and even ultrasound is normal then can consider fibromyalgia. Also do you have any muscle weakness
