Hi Doctor, i am a diabetic patient, from past few weeks i am getting severe itching around my genital organs including groin, inner thigh and buttock. Also getting nightfall in 4-5 days . Also 2-3 times going for urination in night. Also having some symptoms of erectile dysfunction. Not involved in any sexual activity till now with anyone. But lost my interest in getting married in future due to above issues. I checked on internet it is given as itching maybe due to fungal or yeast infection. Will you please examine the attached images and prescribe some medicines as i unable to sleep from past 4/5 days due to severe itching. Can i shave the pubic hair ? Also is all above issues in any way related to to diabetes ?

Hi.. I have diagnosed thyroid before 4 years I m taking medicine thyroxine 25mcg but now I have stop the medicine from last 2 month now my thyroid value is 8.076 so should I resume 25 mcg or should I increase the dosage ..kindly suggest

​Hi dr I am 32 Years And now 5 week pregnant also. ​Weight Journey: Reduced from 66.5 kg to 57.5 kg in 3 months (Jan to March). ​Medical History: ​HbA1c in December: 7.0% (Fasting sugar was between 98–116 mg/dL)post meal always below 120 in glucometr.Recent HbA1c (March 22): 5.6% (Achieved through only diet and exercise). ​Current Diet Plan: ​Lunch: 4 tablespoons of Rice + High Protein (Fish/Egg/Pulses) + Salad. ​Breakfast & Dinner: 1 or 2 small portions of Wheat or Ragi. ​Frequency: Eating small portions every 2–3 hours. ​ ​Since April, my home glucometer shows readings below 100 mg/dL (Fasting: 91–97, Post-meal: 89-95). In January, these were consistently between 110–120 mg/dL. Is it possible my glucometer is faulty, or is this drop normal due to my weight loss and early pregnancy? current and same diet sufficient for the baby's development?which test should i perform to get my actual glucose level at this stage ogtt or norml blood test??

My feet feel numb all the time. I talked to my local doctor and they said that it's because of my diabetes. But the cures that they suggested weren't as effective. I want a fool-proof cure for this problem. Whenever I lie down or stop my movements, I feel like my legs have been cut off, that's how numb and swollen they are. Hello! This are my reports!! I have fatty liver grade 1. Currently i am on medication. My meds are :- 1) actibile 300 tablet daily twice for 30 days, 2) Upline E mega softgel capsule daily once for 30 days 3) vitamin d3 60k IU once every week for 8 weeks.. I have just one query.. what is multiple GB polyps in report? Is it concerning? Pls elaborate in detail. And another thing is i have started gym a month ago.. my weight was 124 kgs.. i have reduced 6 kgs till now. Is it safe to take one scoop of protein powder in this condition? Or avoid?
