Suger after meal is 250 approx hba1c is 7.5 Plz guide this issue is occured for last two weeks... ...

Hello , since past six months to 1 year my HbA1C is howevering around 6.4-6.7 range . My fasting sugar in lab test is normally 90-100 and in glucometer 100-110 . Inspite of my recent effort to control sweet intake it is not going below 6.4 and as i am pure vegetarian my diet is mainly dal roti subzi and rice all time . Do you think it's a concern if it does not go below 6.4 and if this range is maintained can in continue to avoid medicine which I am not inclined to opt for ? I don't have any specific health concern My liver , kidney , Lipid profile are all perfectly normal . Though I am overweight ( BMI around 29) Kindly guide

Hello Doctor, I am a 30-year-old male. My mother has diabetes, and I am concerned about my own risk. For approximately 8 years, I drank tea 8–10 times a day because I was experiencing depression. I often drank tea immediately after waking up on an empty stomach. For the last 3 years, I have been experiencing the following symptoms: Dry skin Unintentional weight and muscle loss Fatigue Brain fog Headaches upon waking up No morning erections Tinnitus (ringing in the ears) My random blood sugar levels before and after meals and my HbA1c are normal. I have the following questions: Can I still have diabetes despite normal blood sugar and HbA1c results? Could I have insulin resistance or prediabetes? Could drinking tea 8–10 times daily for 8 years have contributed to my symptoms? Could tinnitus be related to any of these symptoms? Which investigations should I undergo to identify the cause of my symptoms? I would appreciate your advice on the most appropriate tests. Thank

Doctor my sugar readings below Fasting - 107 Random -138 Is my fasting pre diabetic? Please advice. My age is 36 years

I have been taking Glycomet 500 but my diabetes is still very high. The report has been attached in my reports tab. I need a change in medication to control my diabetes more effectively.

I was diagnosed with diabetes 1.5 years ago (since 2025). At that time, my sugar levels were as follows: Fasting 274 and HbA1c 11.9. I consulted a naturopathic doctor who did not prescribe any medication but gave me B12 and D injections. After three months, my test results were:- Fasting 285 and HbA1c 11.7, showing no improvement, so I stopped treatment. On October 9, 2026, I had another blood test (kindly refer the summary attached for latest blood test report). Currently, my fasting blood sugar is 372 and HbA1c is 12.5, which is severe. I consulted a diabetologist who recommended insulin, but I prefer not to take it. The doctor also prescribed metformin and a cholesterol medication (10 mg, name unclear; my LDL level is 121) along with D3. The tests "NOT MENTIONED" in the attached summary are "NORMAL" Questions: 1. Is it possible to normalize my sugar levels without insulin? 2. What medications do you recommend based on my report? 3. Is this serious? 4. What to do and what not?

When homa ir test ? is used and recommended When is this blood test used and Recommended? I dont think It's regularly used

My mother's age is 48 and she was hypertension patient for last 10 years and on medicine of telmisartan 40 mg with amlodipine 5 mg and this test was taken by our physican is this report normal or its prediabetes

Checked for Insulin resistance , homa ir index came 3.25 and fasting insulin 28.9. Other hbA1c and fasting glucose tests came normal. Is  medication  required for this ?  Have pcod and also overweight. Kindly provide some dietary tips for this.

I took test around aug 8 my hba1c is 5=.3 but it increases within one month and it reaches 5.7 how 5.7 means pre diabetic ah iam getting panic please help me out
