M a diabetic m over weight, I follow diet my sugar stays around 90, n bp 110/70, pulse 105.but m having brain fog n feeling hot alot n since 2 days m having blur vision, feeling hot alot can anyone guide me for dis, my doctor is not available,n m unable to find a dedicated understanding doctor in my city. I need a dedicated understanding doctor for my diabetes. If anyone out der can treat me can reply thanx 🙏

Hi, Age -31 , Male My HBA1C trend - 2023-6 2024-5.8 2025-5.4 2026 august-5.7 2026 September -5.7 Fasting sugar always 90-99 Average blood glucose around 117 Recently I did fasting insulin in September - 16uU/ml Calculated HOMA IR - above 3 My question is - Is this a sign of early insulin resistance? I have BMI of 20. How can I reverse if it is early insulin resistance? My parents and grandparents are diagnosed with T2DM

My hba1c is 5.8 fasting sugar 99. Fasting insulin 12. Is this prediabetic. What to do to control it from now.

I'm 84kgs, 167cm. I have pcos ever since I was 12 years old. I tried dieting and exercising like going gym for more than a year and whatever I would lose through strict diet I would gain back in months despite my gym. I have been doing this for 5 years now and when I lose little weight I gain back despite being in calorie deficit. I got my blood work down and my insulin is 31 which is on higher side, also my liver enzyme GGTP is 54 on higher side and TSH is 5.2 and triglyceride is 186. I want to lose weight even if I need medicine for that and continue physical exercise along with it to lose weight so will I be allowed or will doctors allow me to take GLP-1 meds like ozempic for weight loss and treating my health?
