I want to consult regarding wegovy or ozempic. Gaining weight due to eating which I have no control over my parents are diabetic too so I'm scared due to weight issues I will get diabetic too, already facing many health issues due to obesity. So kindly guide me about ozempic or wegovy for weight loss. I have done diets too but not helpful at all as I'm emotional eater.

After stopping clomiphene, does IGF-1 return to normal? Clomiphene can reportedly reduce IGF-1 in some people. I’m planning to take it for 3 months. After stopping clomiphene, does IGF-1 usually return to the previous baseline, or can it remain slightly reduced even after stopping? How long does it typically take for IGF-1 to normalize after discontinuation?

My psychiatrist currently has me taking clonidine for sleep. Another doctor recently prescribed clomiphene, but I forgot to mention that I am already taking clonidine. Should I contact the doctor and inform them about the clonidine before taking the first dose of clomiphene, or is this combination generally considered okay? I’m mainly concerned about whether there could be any interaction or blood-pressure-related issue between the two medicines.

Need to consult in hulimavu for GLP1 inj. I have already consulted Dr. Ganapati Bantwal for my sugar, he has suggested GLP1, but he is never available and it is very difficult to reach him. So i m looking for another doctor

Sir, my fasting blood sugar was 144. I have now strictly controlled my diet, and my fasting level has come down to 115. I would like to know if my blood sugar won't come down to within the 100 range; however, I do not do any exercise.

I wake up at 5 am drink 200 ml tea mild sugar added  at 5 30 am and than eat meal 2 medium rotis with 200 ml curd and onion chutney at 8 30 am and after this meal check blood at lab at 10 5 am it was 66 than I eat nothing and drink noting at 2 pm blood sugar was 89 and at 10 5 am test time triglycerides 378 vldl 75 non hdl 145 ldl 69 hdl 40 should I get more tests or is this normal

Fasting sugar is always under 120 and post prandial is under 200 by the test of glucometer. And HbA1C test is 5.6 by lab test. The question is that Is she a diabetic

In April Month , I did complete health check up , my TSH was elevated 10 and T3 T4 was normal I am observing from last 7 yrs , My Tsh also remain just below upper limit or slightly elevated , last year I did ANTI TPO , it was quite normal Although my physician prescribed Thyrox 25 mg , from last one month I am taking irregularly  , yesterday TSH came 7.7 , Should I continue medicine ???

I'm diabetic since 7 years & hypertensive since 3 years.Both of them are under well control.Recently noticing bubbly urine which often lessens or disappears by drinking more water.Test reports of urine acr,serum creatinine,blood urea & potassium done 6 months ago came absolutely fine & normal.Test report of USG (kub) done 1 year ago also came fine & normal.Also,no swelling in any part of the body. Experienced the same condition a year ago but the test reports of urine acr,24 hrs urinary protein,serum creatinine,blood urea & potassium done at that time came absolutely normal & a nephrologist confirmed that this is not due to proteinuria.Still taking telmisartan 40 mg for bp since many months.Also have stage 2 NAFLD.What might be the reason of such bubbly urine ?
