Namaste sir/maa'm Myself 33 yrs old female diabetic since 2-3 years(controlled on medicines) hypertension since 2 yrs talking medication for that too it's controlled as well recently my hba1c is 5.6 with fasting 88 vitamin d3 15.86(low) not taking any supplement for that and have been hypothyroidism last year in oct so taking 50 mg that is controlled too now my concern is despite of having hypothyroidism my weight has reduced 5-6 kgs in 6. -7 months u was 83 in April may and now I m 78kgs even with good apetite and I take Serta 50 in morning in night I take oleanz 5mg with petril.25 for insomnia or negative thoughts, earlier for my diabetes I had istamet 500 twice a day so asked my doc that I reduced weight so she prescribed pioglitazone 15 mg with Glucobay 25 mg thrice, weight one month pahle 78 tha abhi one week phle 80.55 tha ab 78 ho gya toh ye sab kyu hora h jabki meri hunger bhi badia hai please doctor help me out this thing is panicking me a lot loose stools hote h sometimes

The glucometer's value is showing 380.is it too high. What should i do? Diet plan for me.my weight is also reduced.

My hba1c value is 12 and average glucose level is 298.is it too high .my weight was also reduced.what should I do?please suggest my diet and other things that I should follow.

My husband has diabetes from 3 years and he is taking tablets but still its not reducing. I understand there should be diet changes and physically activities but due to office work and stress he is not able to do it. His sugar after food is more than 300 . What can i do pls help

Hi Doctors my hba1c is 12.4 in Sep with average glucose 309.. and now My hba1c is 7.7 in dev with average glucose 174.. Followed daily activities walking cut down sugar for last 3 months.. would like to know what is the preferred range for diabetic patients?

Can I take metformin 1000 - 2000 mg, for visceral fat loss? Will it be helpful? I am in normal weight range, but, my belly fat is not going away

Good morning, I month back I steppes on iron nail,I got pricked in my left footI took TT injection and also took antibiotics. And the wound healed. I did I x ray also and doctor said it's normal. Now I getting pain in that area internally. I am diabetic and  my sugar levels are normal in levels . Please advice me to cure it permanently.

Yesterday i tested hba1c test for the first time and it came 6.8 and today morning i did sugar test, fasting is 123 and after food is 175 . I have started diet from today, Let me know.
