I am taking semaglutide 3mg in morning and Metformin 500(0-1-1) before lunch for obesity and diabetes.My reports are normal except diabetes fasting glucose was 180 before dose beginning of medicine and h1bac 8.5 And now it has been 4 weeks but I still feel hungry and unable to lose weight.i don't eat any high carb or outside food now since the beginning of semaglutide.Plesse help me .what can I do so I don't feel hungry and my weight is steady or sometimes increased and decreased mild.I am also hypertension patient concor am 5 , telmisartan 40 and arkamin (3 times)

I always have high blood sugar  and I feel tingling burning sensation in my feet  since more than a year and I am diabetic since 9 years

My thyroid got high and when tested for Anti tpo its 378 i have weakness and gained weight and my skin is very dry Some doctor says uts okay if there is no pain in throat etc but another one says i need a lot of therapies to change that My cholesterol is also very high

My father is a Diabetic patient since long . He is Under diabetic medication His hands and legs have started shivering a lot nowadays and he is also not being able to walk properly at all He has a complaint of fizziness in urine His legs have become very weak

I was diagnosed type 2 diebetic in March then hba1c was 9.3. been to doctor and having medicine morning glycomet 500mg xr dapa 10 mg and night sitaday 50/500.After medication  I am having dehydration like my skin and face body feels very dry, also face looks so dull and eyes tired so I have to wash my face. Mid day fatigue is a problem in mid day If went to take a nap my whole legs and feets gets vibrations like but as soon as I getup it's being normal. In night it doesn't happen. Currently my fasting sugar is around 125 to 135 and pp sugar is generally under 180 like 145,159 or 167 like that. I excercise also and this fatigue usually vanished as soon as I get active or excercise but the energy is giving me a problem and dryness in mouth nose eyes is it due to medication as before the medicine it wasn't like that. I want my energy back. Pls suggest me what to do.

My father recently had bypass surgery (40 days before) Before surgery he was taking jaslina 5 bbf for sugar Now after surgery sugar spiked so doctor suggested Glizihenz m half in morning and trajenta 5 in evening But now sugar level is 102 before meal and 140 after meal should I go back to medicine which I was giving before surgery

Hi All, i have performed a medical checkup two months back and at the time i was at 138 kg, 147/89 bp,hba1c at 8.1 and ldl at 123. Also i was diagnosed with grade 3 fatty liver. Due to these conditions i was instructed to have empastat and telista in morning and obimet and rosuvas in night for 3 months. Now i am at 124 kg ( 14kg lost ) and don't feel hungry at all. Is this sudden weight loss of 14kgs normal with these medicines for 2 months time or do i need to perform any further tests. My next check up is in one month time from now. Please clarify me in the above questions. Thanks in advance
