My mother got tested a month ago where her glucose fasting was 137 mg/dL and Total Cholesterol was 205 mg/dL. Recent reports have shown blood sugar (fasting) to be 83 and total cholesterol serum to be 136. Currently she is taking Glimy 1 mg and Metformin SR 500 along with Stator F. Should she continue with the same medication or reduce the power? She has been feeling weak lately. Please suggest.

I want to ask that sugar free tablets as Sugar alternative is it safe for body I am 25 year old non diabetic my mom dad are diabetics on meds so what should I consume any natural drink is there to prevent the disease I am phd research scholar at iiser. I was drinking cold coffe with sugar free ice cubes a proffesor saw and told non medical it may cause cancer is this statement correct . What are sugar cubes natural alternative and what changes in diet and natural drink in morning  should i  consume i so i dont get diabetics like mom dad if any drink is there tell once or twice a week drink for pervation or deyaling of disease because tight schedule daily not possible to drink time etc

Random Blood sugar with Glucometer FBS in morning is 105 when I am testing in lab report coming  90 I  check thrice on March due to in Glucometer it's coming 105 and Hb1Ac check twise on 7th of march 5.8 and again I check after 15days it' is 5.5(Average estimated Glucose is 110). I done post meal Blood test also it's 120 I am concerned what's is it . It's normal report why in Glucometer showing in morning 105 Valve please advice

My post dinner sugar levels is 150_160 but fasting comes around 200 , despite having low calorie food. Can there be problem with glucometer reading? How to bring fasting sugar down.

My father is a diabetic patient. He did diabetes related tests all are coming normal but sodium level , sugar levels are bit unstable. For sodium previously he was taking medicine and did all the test like tsh, cortisol, osmolarity urine, osmolarity plasma all are normal with medicine. 10 days back the sodium level was 135 with medicine. But he left medicine for 10 days again tested it came to 124. Is there anything I need to worry about?

My doctor recommended me to have Tonact Asp 75 once a day after dinner. And the prescription it's written to continue. But I was taking medicine every 2 months then gap of 3 months then again 2 months. But now I am continuously having it since 1 month. So can I discontinue Tonact ASP 75 according to my wish? Please help
