I have been diagnosed with high BP and diabetes. I am attaching the report. BP is 150–100. I want to control diabetes and, if it could be reversed, even better. I have 3–4 drinks often in the evening. I need some type of medicine that does not interact with it, and for BP, what medicine can I take? I am ready to start working out to lose weight, so some medicine would be even better to increase my energy levels. I work in a bank and have a sedentary and high-stress lifestyle.

Type 2 diebetic Have been taking metformin from past 6 months and past 1 month been on linaglyptin 2.5mg but I am suffering from extreme dry nose and sinus, it feels completely dry no mucus in the nose area. I also have allergic rhinitis and when this happens then only I have watery discharge from nose but other then that no mucus or wetness inside nose area it feels completely dry and due to thats why right nostril is blocked and it feels very bad at night.suggest me should I discontinue metformin because I have feeling this after the medication.

My HbA1c is 9.8,I am taking Trejenta 5mg,medicine,pz advice. My kft,Lft report is normal.My fasting sugar is 180.

My dr prescribed me clomaphene for hair fall for 3 months,my Testosterone is already 600, if I stop clomaphene after 3 months,will my testosterone come back to 600 or will it go down?

I previously used Toujeo 12 units at night + Actrapid 18-18-18. I stopped Toujeo approximately 3 months ago because of cost. My current glucose is around 350–370 mg/dL and HbA1c is 12.6%. I had DKA in 2024. I need a lower-cost basal insulin, preferably a vial. Please prescribe the appropriate insulin and dose.

Can a diabetic patient have curd at night (unsweetened curd ) does it increases blood sugar level Or not.

I'm diabetic since 7 years & hypertensive since 3 years.Both of them are under well control.Recently noticing bubbly urine which often lessens or disappears by drinking more water.Test reports of urine acr,serum creatinine,blood urea & potassium done 6 months ago came absolutely fine & normal.Test report of USG (kub) done 1 year ago also came fine & normal.Also,no swelling in any part of the body. Experienced the same condition a year ago but the test reports of urine acr,24 hrs urinary protein,serum creatinine,blood urea & potassium done at that time came absolutely normal & a nephrologist confirmed that this is not due to proteinuria.Still taking telmisartan 40 mg for bp since many months.Also have stage 2 NAFLD.What might be the reason of such bubbly urine ?

After stopping clomiphene, does IGF-1 return to normal? Clomiphene can reportedly reduce IGF-1 in some people. I’m planning to take it for 3 months. After stopping clomiphene, does IGF-1 usually return to the previous baseline, or can it remain slightly reduced even after stopping? How long does it typically take for IGF-1 to normalize after discontinuation?

My psychiatrist currently has me taking clonidine for sleep. Another doctor recently prescribed clomiphene, but I forgot to mention that I am already taking clonidine. Should I contact the doctor and inform them about the clonidine before taking the first dose of clomiphene, or is this combination generally considered okay? I’m mainly concerned about whether there could be any interaction or blood-pressure-related issue between the two medicines.

I want to consult regarding wegovy or ozempic. Gaining weight due to eating which I have no control over my parents are diabetic too so I'm scared due to weight issues I will get diabetic too, already facing many health issues due to obesity. So kindly guide me about ozempic or wegovy for weight loss. I have done diets too but not helpful at all as I'm emotional eater.
