My todar insulin sensitivity came 59 percent ans beta cell function 177 percent and homa 1.68 is it normal or insulin resistance as I gain weight very easily will metformin help please guide

I am 41 years old women. I recently got my blood test done I have PCOS, Thyroid and Diabetes Last month I had prolonged period issue for 2.5 week So, started taking Novelon tablet as prescribed by doctor for next 3 cycles I have completed 1 pack of novelon and is waiting for withdrawal bleeding Please note I have not started yet any diabetic medicine , based on my latest blood test reports doctor prescribed me medicine attached prescription Tab. Gluconorm VG2 1 tab once a day before breakfast Tab. Dapaease trio 500 mg 1 tab once a day before dinner Please let me know are these medicines and dose are correct for me and I can start these medicines.

I had gestational diabetes. After miscarriage feb 13 2025,,I stopped taking Metformin in August. In December 01/2025 my fasting blood sugar was 70 mg/dL and post-meal was 110 mg/dL. In January 29, I tested again, and my fasting was 100 mg/dL and post-meal was 124 mg/dL. Does this mean my diabetes has returned to normal?

Hi i am type 1 diabetic from long time. My hs crp was 10.1. Ecg echo tmt normal. I have nerve like pain in hand and legs. What can be cause  high hs crp.

I had test blood sugar about 10 time after 3 hrs of meal and 2 time it came 50 and 66 respectively will acarbose medicine  is Indicated here but I had no any symptoms and only insomnia problem and very  easy weight gain

I have diagoned with diabetic foot uler. It's has been more 6 months healing the wound.attached photo for reference. Do we need to close the wound or leave open and apply hydroheal. Suggestion required to heal the wound fast.

Hello, Recently diagnosed with insulin resistant. My endocrinologist suggested to start wegovy or mounjaro once a week . I am confused to take which one as these injections have very bad side effects , as I have have thyroid and arthritis. Please guide me which brand will be better for me for long period of time with my medical condition. Thank you

My today hba1c came 4.9 and on 5 oct 2025 it was 5.2 and on 17 randomly i test rbs which came 50 after 3 hrs food and then i test after 3 hrs of food 5 days which was normal and fasting all sugars were also normal but today after 1 hr of food sugar came 98 and 7 days insomnia also i suffer no any symptoms what test shoul i do know hypoglycemia
