My age is 25 . My grand father is diabetic . So to avoid genetically diabetic and also to avoid this diabetic What should I follow Can u please give some suggestions to young stars like me So to stay diabetic free in future . Like food and what life style is preferred

I am 40 year old. Recently i had blood test in which my iron(43) , hb ( 11)and percentage transfeerin saturation -11 , fasting is 93,. In 2024 i had done fasting and pp , values were -96 fasting , pp 89 . I dont want to start medicines . What should i do ?? Hb1ac -6 . Please suggest .

I had done blood test . Fructosamine value was normal , fasting -93 and hb1ac was 6, iron deficiency is there -45, folate deficiency - extreme . Hb -11. I am 40 year old . I dont want to take medicine . Is this the sign of prediabetes

Feeling blankness or shakiness closer to meal and after having food it becomes better. This happens either at morning 8 or afternoon 12.30 or around 7.30pm. How to overcome this.

I am attaching pics of my problem. I have had these rashes for 45 days. The doctor has given me iterconazole 200 mg and soap with eberconazole cream and bilashine 40 mg tab. I am also using anti fungal zocon powder as he suggested. It's been 19 days since I started using this medication I don't see any improvement. He said it's tinea corporis in receipt. I am worried it is ringworm or psoriasis or eczema. It occurred due to pre diabetic or any hiv early symptoms after exposure. How much time will it take to cure ?

Respected Doctors, I am prediabetic and prescribed Mounjaro for obesity. Before starting Mounjaro weight was 90.7,currently on 7.5 mg and weight is 85.05. Shall I continue 7.5 mg or dosage requires adjustment. Pls guide. Regards

Hello.. I am taking diabetes tablets from 2 yrs and bp and blood thinner from 6 months .. Due to cholesterol... I am frustrated now.. M just 35 and taking all this useless tablets where I can work on myself and stop completely this ☹️... Please help with proper diet plan and any morning night drink so that i can reverse diabetes.. Please do not reply "connect or consult " Expecting to help with good solution.

My fasting glucose is always between 95 to 105 but my hba1c is 6.6, my weight is 50 kg ,height 5 ft, age 52 yrs. Why am I not being able to lower my hba1c?

In 2024 when I had repeated loose motions for more than a month I took blood test for Salmonella(Typhoid) which was normal with that I also checked random blood sugar which was 308 and Hba1c was 10.2 I tried modifications in food and lifestyle later i just left as normal. Now when i eat sweets or more cabs I get shock like pain in foot which is unbearable and cant sleep. Now I dont wanna take blood test as a safe measure what medicine can i start can someone suggest please.... Night time I urinate 3 to 4 times. Any suggetions please
