Present day12/07/26 Fasting. 221 sugar And i am not raking any medicine previously i took but some tine it helped to reduce the sugar But it did not work later i was also not punctual in taking madicins

My age is 40 . In may month my hb1ac was 6, fructisamine was normal ( thru lab test). After that once I did pp sugar at home it was 132. At that time I was at my native home . I came to chennai in june where i am working full time as teacher . We have toddler and we are nuclear family . I started testing everyday blood glucose sugar in july month . Fasting came 104 and pp sugar was 124 when i eat 2 paneer parantha with curd . Even I started eating low glycemic index rice . My pp with rice will be 154. I have started walking after dinner everday . I have stopped tea except in morning and too with less sugar . My father 75 is also diabetic . When i am eating liitle rice and roti also pp is high . I am working full time 8to 5 6 days a week . What can I do to reverse this condition . When can I have again hb1ac test. Since working i cant follow too much diet schedule . I think if i will again do blood test in august month - hb1ac will be more. Is frequent urination common in prediabtes

Hi doctors aspart of routine test i got m hba1c test and reports says it's 5.3 but estimated average glucose is 105mg/dl Does it mean i am diabetic coz of average glucose is 105?

Was diagnosed with 175 fasting blood sugar on 22.3.2026 and started Diabaid medicine On 03.06.2026 fasting blood sugar was 155.1 and blood glucose after meal was 196.3. what is further medication required to be taken for the condition

I am taking semaglutide 3mg in morning and Metformin 500(0-1-1) before lunch for obesity and diabetes.My reports are normal except diabetes fasting glucose was 180 before dose beginning of medicine and h1bac 8.5 And now it has been 4 weeks but I still feel hungry and unable to lose weight.i don't eat any high carb or outside food now since the beginning of semaglutide.Plesse help me .what can I do so I don't feel hungry and my weight is steady or sometimes increased and decreased mild.I am also hypertension patient concor am 5 , telmisartan 40 and arkamin (3 times)

I always have high blood sugar  and I feel tingling burning sensation in my feet  since more than a year and I am diabetic since 9 years

So i was planning to take a program which includes glp-1 injections for weight loss and diabetes management. So please guide me is it okay or i should avoid this because i think doctor's are suggesting monjaro or wegovy these days. I want honest answer.
