For the last few months my blood glucose level has been higher than normal at 135 during FBS. Any recommendations or suggestions would be helpful.

My brother has diabetic since 9 years his  hba1c now is 6.5 he is taking glycomet sr 500 once in the morning and olmy 20 for bp no need to change medication one doc prescribed sitacip m 50/500 do we need change medication or not and  one more question if one day if he took  sitacip m 50/500 by mistake the next day changed to glycomet will have any side effects or sugar fluctuation will be there thankyou

Around September 2025, I weighed 92 kg, but despite consistent gym training (primarily strength training), my weight has increased slightly. My estimated body fat is around 32–34%. My main challenge is controlling hunger and maintaining a calorie deficit, even though I train regularly and consume around 100 grams of protein daily. Hi sir,I underwent distal pancreatectomy ,spleen removal.i was given given insulin shots3 times a day and bedtime also.total 4 times..how many days still i need to take insulin shots? As I was having net tumor,part of pancreas was removed.i am taking pain killers also.now after taking insulin doses glucose levels are normal .. how many days still i need to take insulin shots ? If insulin is stopped,how can i maintain normal sugar range please answer

Dear doctor, A pregnant woman (6 months gestation) had an HbA1c level of 5. Fifteen days later, her fasting blood sugar was 89.5, and her 2-hour postprandial (PP) level was 161.5. Should she be started on medication for diabetes? Advice is needed.

Hello doctor I have just got my random blood sugar test done and the range is very high 375. My HBA1C levels are currently at 8.9. I just had c section delivery 3 months back and did not have any high blood sugar issues then. I do not want to take in insulin. What medicines can i take safely to reduce blood sugar while breastfeeding?
