My Tsh is 9.120 my free t4 is 1.20 anti tpo antibodies is 72.2 should I strat medicine of thyroid or how much mcg will I start I am not pregnant not planning for future

Currently I am on medication warf. Please suggest whether I should take semaglutide or not as I am planning to start sundae didn't work at well for me I am looking for a good alternative

My mother has type 2 diabetes and recently started having repeated low sugar episodes around noon. Earlier, her blood sugar was often around 230 mg/dL in the morning, then dropped to 77 mg/dL or lower around 12:00 pm, almost daily. She wakes at 5:00 am, eats breakfast at 7:30 am (egg + chapati), and again at 10:00 am (dosa + dates), but was still getting low sugar before lunch. Her medicines are metformin 500 mg and glimepiride 1 mg, along with atenolol, amlodipine, rosuvas-F10, telma, and veltam. She had also completed a course of Faronem for UTI. Today her sugar was 140 fasting and 209 two hours after lunch, and she did not have a low episode today. She also complains that when her sugar gets low, her urine seems to stop / does not clear properly. Please review whether her diabetes medicines, especially glimepiride, could be causing the noon lows and whether the urinary symptom needs evaluation.

Iam a 30 year old male with very less physical activities. Iam currently 130kgs. I am on medication for tonic clonic seizures (oxetol 300 for morning and 450 for night). Iam currently not having time to go to a gym or workout. Please suggest how I can reduce weight without working out.

Sir I have taken finasteride for only six days now my ed and ejaculation is ok and swelling is gone. But sometimes when i check my testicles it appears big and some time time small. Is there anything concerning. I have also met general surgeon in my area he said there is nothing concerning. But when I search my symptoms in gemini/chatgpt it says testicular cancer. I am taking semaglutide 3mg and Metformin 500mg two times a day but my sugar came out to be fbs 170 and h1bac 9.48.last time I did my report was 1 month which was fbs179.9 and h1bac 8.6.I am confused .I am finding difficult losing weight I mean it's stable despite having diet .what could be the reason. I am hypertension and OCD patient and have fatty liver. I take following medication Concor am 5 Arkamin Telmisartan 40 Arip mt 10mg Fluvoxamine 150mg Buspirone 10mg two time I am 167cm and 116kg Everything else is normal

My fasting blood sugar is 131...how can I control this without medicine...please help me doctor sir...

I have done hba1c test from Agilus diagnostic on 6 June 2026, it was 5.8 (FBS - 106) . Again on 21 July 2026, I did Hba1c test from Agilus diagnostic and result is 5.5 and FBS - 115. I doubt these both results because of below mentioned points :- 1. I am diabetic type 2 patient from last 4 years. 2. I have taken treatment only once in last 4 years when my Hba1c was peak at around 11.7 in June 2025. I have taken medicines from June 2025 to October 2025 and stopped medicines when my Hba1c was 5.5 and FBS - 98 as per doctor's advice. 3. From June 2025 ( When my treatment was started ) and till now, I am on very strict diet as required for diabetics mangement. 4. But from last 1 month, I think my symptoms has started showing again like urge for pee every 1-2 hours, urge for pee in midnight, itching on foot. Etc. Please help me out about what should I do next because test results are not matching with symptoms.

I am getting severe itching on my fingers , mostly legs after two hours of eating. I'm not diabetic. My sugar levels are normal. However, the itching, most of the time subsides immediately after taking food. This problem persists since February 2025. I have seen couple of gastro specialists as I have gall bladder stones for 15 years and the itching is always move around my acidity issues. Slowly I am getting allergic to many foods and not able to pinpoint any food. I have been to couple of dermatologists who have administered elastin, Allegra and now Allerone. Nothing is providing me any sort of permanent relief. Whom should I consult? I am a resident of Chennai.
