So kindly guide me about ozempic or wegovy for weight loss. I have done diets too but not helpful at all as I'm emotional eater.

Thank you for sharing this so openly. First, I want you to know that this is not simply a problem of willpower or lack of discipline. Emotional eating, repeated dieting and weight regain are common features of obesity, which is increasingly understood as a chronic, relapsing metabolic condition—not a personal failure. We first need to establish whether you meet the appropriate criteria, what your current metabolic risk is, and whether ozempic/wegovy is suitable and safe for you. My goal would not simply be to make you lighter. It would be to make you metabolically healthier, reduce your future risk of diabetes and cardiovascular disease, improve your relationship with food, and help you maintain the result.

Wegovy and Ozempic both are se semaglutide. Even doses are same. But wegovy has been approved for weight loss and Ozempic for diabetes. In your case wegovy will be the best but always start under supervision after proper blood report evaluation. You can consult for this.
