Alleviated TSH 9.3
Hi, I have  hypothyroid from 5yrs,when my TSH level came 10.53 doc started giving 50mcg Thyronorm 5yrs ago from then I take this pill regularly. My current medication is Thyronorm 50mcg. I'm taking it regularly but sometimes there is gap . Today I have done my TSH level test and my TSH level alleviated. I'm attaching my report please see and suggest doses of Thyronorm along with some tips to control TSH level. I have already started taking Multivitamin cap, Calcium tab Vitamin-D soft gel cap as I have spinal pain (middle to upper-cervical pain )and back pain when I do some Household work.

With elevated TSH start 66 mcg and do not miss the dose . Exercise and take VIT D once a week also
