Hello, My uric acid level is very high. That is why I am having a lot of pain in my knee and there is swelling too. I consulted a doctor and he gave me some medicine. I have been taking it for 20 days. But it is not making any difference. Please give me some solution. I am not able to sleep and can't even sit.Names of the medicines I am taking:Collecare tablet, Febujem tablet, nurozest tablet. please help me.I have sent my report below

Hello doc. My mother is suffering from diabetes since 8 years. Recently her hba1c is 10.6 .her OHAs medications dose has been increased. Since 3 months she is complaining of early morning stiffness of peripheral joints of hand which resolves on activity.. Recently 1 month back she developed trigger finger... Are these symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis?? . What biochemical investigation to be done to rule out the underlying cause?

Infected with chikungunya 6 months ago still pains in fingers and wrists recent uric acid is 8.5 .i got  5 times pain at big toe  joint in last 4  years but after 3 months of chikun gunya infection ,i got 2 times big toe pain   in 2 months gap and is very severe .i m not eating red meat no alcohol no non veg still uric acid 8.5. what's the treatment for finger wrist pains and uric acid?

I am suffering from sever eye conjunctivitis from last 20 years Red eyes Itchy Dry eyes Blurry vision Running water from eyes Light sensitivity Do you think i can have Rheumatoid arthritis? That is affecting my eyes. When my left yes is affected, right eyes remain little stable. Can anyone help with this?

My mother diagnosed with RA in 2017. She was on hcqs 200mg twice a day till february 2023 and discontinued. To which she started severe pain in waist, shoulders, cervical, wrist, thumb, fingers, inner thighs (groin). Again started hcqs 200 mg twice a day and sulfasalazine 50 mg once a day in october 2024. (One and half year no medicine). Now since 4 months on the said medicine. Still have pain im shoulder and cervical and waist. What should we do??

I've been suffering from pain in back,pelvic part and my fingers since a month after I wake up in the morning especially and I feel so much fatigue when I do some small work too. Also I feel stiffness in my feet and toes.

Dear Doctors, I have been experiencing backache and knee pain for a while now. After consulting a doctor, I took Shelcal and Joint Complex Q10 for a month, which provided slight improvement. However, I now feel that the discomfort is more due to stiffness or inflammation. I was also informed that I have hypermobile joints. I often feel the need to stretch my back and knees, and I hear a clicking sound when I do so. Is there a permanent solution to this issue? Thanks for your time and response.

Hello, My wife's left fingers got deformed at a very young age Now the right hand fingers are getting slowly deformed, and there is pain in wrist and fingers currently There is also swelling in the right hand I consulted ortho, but they dont have any permanent solution for this, just a temporary pain relief solution. Has anyone trusted such a type of deformity permanently? RA factor is 2.8
